It was a pleasure working with William, once again, to change the appearance and add function to the outside of our home! My husband and I were discussing the erosion concerns on our hill which needed to be done before the rains come. That's when William, the owner, happened to show up at our door a few days later. It's like somehow he knew. William took his time to discuss our needs and concerns. There were unexpected issues that arose as the project was underway, but Will was quick to address everything that went on. We also had a wonderful experience working with Shaima, Ivan, and the rest of the hard-working team. I also want to give a shoutout to Benny, who created the beautiful custom gate. I will be reaching out to Will for a part 3 in taking care of our yard. read more

Amazing experience with Flawless Grass! Will, our project manager, was great from start to finish. I called on a Friday for a quote, and they came out the same day. By the end of the day, we had our plans finalized and installation scheduled. By the following Thursday, the entire project was completed in just one day! The turf and roses look amazing, and I especially want to recognize Will's crew. They worked incredibly hard under the scorching sun, maintaining great attention to detail and professionalism throughout the entire installation. Their dedication and craftsmanship really showed in the finished product. Great communication, fast service, and beautiful results. Highly recommend Flawless Grass and Will! read more

Great service from William, Ivan, and the crew. William knows a whole lot about the choices in synthetic turf and explains things well. Most importantly, they have turf that is super realistic looking (which is especially important in a front yard use case) and they installed it perfectly. They even covered all the details like making the grass blades lean over the pre-existing concrete edging just the way real grass grows. And of course, they left the premises spotlessly clean. A great experience in every way - highly recommend Flawless! read more

We used flawless grass, they were fantastic. They spoke to my husband, we set a date and they were done within 3 days. They even fixed things that another turf company had screwed up in the back of our house. Honestly the after picture almost looks like the AI rendering they did before they started. Ivan was the person who was on site everyday and he listened and answered every concern or question I had. read more

Recently, Flawless Grass installed artificial turf in our neighbors' front yard. We were so impressed with their employees' work ethic and workmanship that we decided to have Flawless Grass install artificial turf in our front and back yards. We were not disappointed. It looks amazing! No more watering and mowing the lawn. William was here daily to oversee the project, and his employee Issac was always on time and extremely hard working. Will did great job being consistent. He was very friendly and knew what he was talking about. When it came to pricing, he offered a military discount. I'm always appreciative of anyone who gives a military discount. His team did an amazing job installing. We had. Lot of things to be dig up and rid of. They completed the work on two days of work. My family and I love our turf and went outside to enjoy it the days after it was complete. We played Barbie's and LEGOS on the turf and baked in the sun as we laid on the ground. Our dog and cats like it too. Especially, our dog! I'm very happy with our turf and highly recommend Flawless Grass. If you can get Will, even better! read more

When moving into our new home I knew the front yard was one my the priorities to renovate. At some point in the property's history there were at least two large trees that left the entire front lawn mostly dead, completely root-bound, and roots were beginning to lift the concrete walkway/porch approaching the front entry. After spending a couple consecutive weeks trying to remove the endless tangle of roots by way of chainsaw and pickaxe, in attempt to formulate a game plan to make our front yard presentable on my own, I was finally approached by Flawless Grass (who were completing another "flawless" job just around the corner). Will was graciously able to work with me in my vision for the front yard and more than willing to build us the front yard of our dreams that was within our budget/reasonably priced. Our experience with Flawless Grass was that of exceptional customer service and prompt delivery of their craftsmanship. Timeline from getting the quote to the start of their work was less than 5 days. The old yard was demo'd by the hardworking Flawless Team in a full day, and our beautiful new concrete courtyard patio/walkway was poured the following day. Walter the concrete sub for Flawless Grass went absolutely above and beyond for us - taking the utmost pride and ownership in his concrete craft (including professionally setting the first row of the pony wall that I plan to build on my own - as a courtesy). After allowing the concrete to set and dry over the weekend, the Flawless Team returned for one more full day of work installing the DG, weed barrier and artificial turf (color/style: desert). Following completion of work, Will walked with me for quality inspection and we addressed a couple final finishing touches which were performed without qualm and to our satisfaction. Overall we are stoked on the work Flawless Grass performed. We are ecstatic to have one of the cleanest, most presentable yards in the neighborhood, and no longer stick out like a sore thumb. Thank you Flawless Grass! read more

We couldn't be happier with our new backyard! When my husband and I purchased our new home, the yard was overrun with weeds and was not a pleasant or usable space. After doing some research, we found Flawless Grass. The reviews were great, which gave us confidence. We reached out to Will, who responded immediately and came out to see our yard the same day. Will showed us different types of turf from the back of his truck and did a walkthrough of the yard. The initial quote for covering the entire backyard with turf was a bit out of our price range, but Will was extremely patient with us. He encouraged us to ask questions and showed us pictures of some of his previous jobs. We didn't know you could add pavers, gravel, DG, etc. This is why we highly recommend Will--he gave us options and ideas! Once we decided what we wanted and signed the paperwork, his team got started. His team was fantastic! They arrived first thing in the morning and got to work. The entire process took about a week, and they did an amazing job! We are thrilled with the results. Compliments to Will and his team! read more
