This has been a nightmare of a project. Have been dealing with them for about three weeks. Dave started out very helpful and knowledgeable. We set up our appointment for last week of August. Alex and another man arrived on a Thursday. Had mechanical issues which caused a delayed start. Ripped out the grass on the first day. Did not return until Friday for installation. Alex had two men with him and they worked all day to get it done. We quickly noticed rippling and staining on the turf. Which we addressed with Alex and they tried to fix by power washing the stain and nailing a bunch of nails where the ripples were. [[HIGHLIGHT]]After almost three weeks of trying to get someone to properly address the issues. Caesar and his crew arrived on Friday when we were told he would arrive on a Thursday.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They came to rip out the stained/incorrectly installed turf. Redid it. Looks better than it did. We were told that the new turf will look better after a few days in the sun for it to match the previous piece installed. They cleaned up. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Asked my husband if they could leave the turf roll in our front yard for a couple of hours so they can get an extra set of hands. They left about noon. I texted around 6pm to see when Caesar would pick up the huge roll. He asked if he could pick up Monday. I told him no we want it gone off our property.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We cannot be storing their roll on our front lawn due to it blocking our sprinklers and we have someone coming to work on the front yard the next morning, not to mention a possible HOA violation. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I get a text message this morning from Caesar saying he spoke to my HOA (on a Saturday) and they are okay with it being there until Monday. I replied to him saying he needs to pick it up, it is not our responsibility if it gets stolen or damaged. I also asked who he spoke with in my HOA. Which he never answered and they came to pick up later today.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] TLDR: [[HIGHLIGHT]]Communication is tough with this company.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They installed the turf incorrectly, fixed it, but it has been like pulling teeth to get anything done. We were also told we could delay our payment due to the issues. Price was reasonable but makes me wish we went with a better company. We HIGHLY suggest you look elsewhere. I was looking for dog friendly turf with good drainage for a small backyard that I was tired of because I had more weeds than grass and had past gopher problems so lots of holes and uneven terrain. It was not a pretty sight. I had four companies bid on the job. Three companies figured the square footage incorrectly by quessestimate and showed me products made in China and Vietnam that just had holes every 4 inches in the rubber backing. Dave came out to give me the estimate with a handy tech device that measured the outside edges as he walked around and sent it to his phone and made diagram of my grass area. NO GUESSING!! The other companies were off over 100 sf! The product choices were all made by ProLawn here in the USA and were amazing but the dog friendly grass was even better because of the drainage factor!! And the feel... if I was a dog I'd roll on it too!! Installation was a breeze....impressed with the gopher guard material. Those rascals will have to go somewhere else!! They also fixed bricks on the edge of the patio that had tilted and set them in concrete so I'll never have a problem there. The finished project is outstanding! read more

I am very happy with the quality of the product and guys who installed it. ProLawn got us on their schedule for the following week. They called us a day in advance and kept us informed through the whole process. They even called a couple days later to make sure we were happy or had any questions. They showed up early and got right to work. It was a hot summer day and these guys worked their tails off. These guys knew what they doing and definitely knew their stuff. The best part, during the installation that day and the next couple of days, a number of our neighbors came by to compliment how great it looks and asked for their contact information. I selected this company to put in turf in both a section of my front and back yard along with some concrete landscaping curbs. I felt they would be very attentive and do a good job. I was having my daughter's baby shower about 2 days after it was installed. Overall the turf looked good. I had sent them a picture of the type of curb I wanted but they gave me the style I did not want. The concrete also had major cracks in both the front and back yards. It was even pointed out by 2 of my guests at the shower. I sent my rep David pictures of all the cracks and told him I understood that there might be some small cracks but I felt that these large cracks were not right. He said that both he and his boss agree with me that they were too big and he would talk to the concrete crew about a solution. [[HIGHLIGHT]]After that I didn't hear from him and had to keep calling. He told me his boss was out of town and they didn't forget about me and to be patient[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. So I was patient for quite some time. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Then when I finally got ahold of him he told me that that just happens and basically too bad. No one ever came out to personally look at the cracks and they pretty much blew me off[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]...of course I had already paid them in cash so I guess I was not of importance anymore. They also left a very messy job site. It was very disappointing and I would not recommend this company because they would not even bother to make sure the job was done right.
