From the beginning, I knew working with Daniel was going to be not only a good experience, but the best experience. Before working with Daniel, I talked to numerous landscapers to get different quotes. There were good prices, bad prices, hostility, and forced sales tactics from those other landscapers. Daniel on the other hand, is "the guy" that everyone should want to hire if they want a job done professionally, to be treated with respect, & to feel valued as a customer. For starters, he showed up on time to our initial appointment. Most contractors I met with had my wife and I waiting all day, but this is what makes Daniel and his team superior. He worked with me in mapping out how I wanted the backyard to look while following HOA regulations and requirements. There was never any unwarranted pressure to work with him nor, did he tack on any additional "fees." Not only is Daniel professional & respectful in how he carries himself, but his work & work process speaks volumes about how much he cares about the project being as close to perfect as possible. For our backyard we needed cement layed down, and he took every precaution necessary to make sure we had the layout and design we were looking for. He also installed a better drain system, which none of the other contractors thought to do. To make a long story short, his method was the only one that would prevent flooding, while the other did not have a clear answer for that. Last but not least he is very organized. He talked me through his process and the timeline of what it would take to complete my backyard. He was a man of his word, and when the project was completed it had surpassed our expectations.
