AHHHHHH! I'm so in love with my new front yard!!! Definitely getting old when I'm excited about a new front yard, but it looks SO good! Look at before and after photo that I posted - they made such a difference to the aesthetic and I get happy and excited to pull up to my home. The front yard is much more functional - added turf which is looks luscious and great in person, added steps so my guests and delivery drivers don't trip over bushes, a concrete patio, and extended the driveway. Also replaced my immature baby tree with a palm *heart eyes*. Omar took my idea, suggested other great ideas and turned my vision into real life. The pricing was competitive, but very fair. Omar was the owner and came on site for an estimate of the entire landscaping overhaul project for the front yard and back yard. His team was small and did not have own concrete finisher, which was not a big deal. He made some suggestions about doing concrete lacquer finish, which was nice and creative but also expensive. The problem was that he never sent out an estimate after the meeting, even though he said he would. I followed up with him 3 times and finally had to give up on this guy. Not sure if he just felt that he was not capable of the entire project or maybe he did not like someone who asks questions about the materials, costs, and options at the meeting. read more

I hired Omar to do some landscaping in our backyard. He's a nice guy and his team worked hard and got the job done Nothing was ever put in writing, despite requests for itemized lists. His quote was by far the most affordable, and the team he brought were always professional. My main concerns are that there's an electrical concern regarding the sprinklers and when I reached out to him about it he said it wasn't included despite verbally saying it was, so because we never had anything on writing, we're out of luck. Also, electrical wiring was left exposed from the sprinkler installation. There's also the safety concerns that he used screws that were too long on the bendy board, so we're currently facing having to unscrew them all and replace them., to avoid my son getting hurt. read more
