The bad: Most of the trees they planted ended up dying because they were planted incorrectly. All trees are on the same irrigation system that they routed, so they all received the same amount of water. 7/10 trees died. I pulled them out and saw that they didn't prepare the soil correctly and didn't spread the roots out after transplanting the trees. The ugly: The gate install was a complete disaster. They put the gate frame on backwards which cause the gate to have uncontrollable sagging. Also, the gate lock was put on backwards.

We are so pleased with our backyard. We have never created a yard from start to finish. Edgar's vision combined with his experience was priceless as we proceeded through the process. Edgar's communication is what you want. If there is an issue, he is more than likely to tell you about it before you even know it exists (supply delays, predicted rain, etc.). His team was 100% on time and worked incredibly hard through hot, summer days. Personally, Edgar is polite, honest, temperamentally balanced, and problem solving oriented. We would highly recommend his services for all of those reasons. Edgar of All Terrain is excellent. He was very helpful from the very start when I was planning the landscaping for the front and back of a new house. Edgar responded fast with my project to clean up some trees on the side of our house and was able to give me a quote same day as he was nearby. He was also available to complete the job the next afternoon and it looks ten dimes better then it did and he also help give me a quote to help fix a small problem with a section of fence and was able to give different ways we could fix it with a price that was reasonable than other companies. Requested a quote and they got right back to me fast. Gave me a good price and did a great job. Needed the tree in the front of my house trimmed to please the HOA. Since I'm being accused of defamation, here is more proof…read more In my opinion, This tree was planted too deep and there was too much mulch and bark completely covering the trunk and base of the tree that we had to remove, unfortunately, this suffocated the tree according to 2 local nurseries. It didn't help that you incorrectly set our sprinkler system. My dad asked for the front yard and back yard to be set the same amount of time in morning and late afternoon, you set it so that the back yard got the highest amount of water in the morning AND afternoon and the front yard got the lower amount of water in the morning and afternoon. No wonder the tree is almost dead. Now to address your accusation of racism: How about you ask your guys that were here when the front yard was being done how often I would speak Spanish with them every time I pulled up to my house? I asked them how to say a couple things and they taught me. I enjoyed having you guys around, including you (when you were there). My post was nothing personal. I took 3 years of Spanish in high school and I always make it a point to practice when I can so I don't forget words. I can also speak a tiny bit of Vietnamese (learned about 20 years ago), tiny bit of Chinese (Mandarin- still learning), a little French and a little German. I've lived in Southern California my entire life. You only met 3 white people at my house and my whole family is an extremely mixed bunch of 3 different races. It's awfully judgmental of you to label someone as racist simply because of their skin color. Telling someone they did something wrong isn't racist, just fyi. I understand your go to "racist" comment with the way the world is right now, but it was displaced towards the wrong people. In my opinion, and the opinion of other landscaping companies that came in to complete the job and saw your work, your company's work was poor. Bottom line. Nothing personal. Just business. You could have fixed the problems (because there are more than I posted) instead of ghosting us and ignoring the issues, but you didn't. It's normal for some people to lash out and personally attack someone when they have no rebuttal for non-personal criticism. However, it's poor business practice when a customer shares their opinion based on their experience (with pictures) and instead of merely apologizing, you dig a deeper hole. Best of luck!

Here's a few reasons why: 1) Team Player: Leo not only supervised the projects, but worked alongside his team...building, nailing, drilling, etc. When picking out the plants and rocks, he was very knowledgeable with the plants and rocks. 2) HOA process. If you live in an area that requires HOA approval, Leo will help you through it. Leo provided the proper paperwork and drawings to make the approval process seamless. 3) Communication: he responds in a timely manner. We have received a lot of compliments on our front yard. I am so proud of the finished work , and look forward to future projects with Leo and his team!! I am thankful and grateful for Leo and his team!
