I was referred to Patrick by SoCal Mulch, and from our first phone call I knew I'd finally found a reliable landscaping source. He showed up exactly when he said he would, was incredibly patient with all my questions, and did a beautiful job installing pea gravel and mulch on my property. Here's the real test of a great company, though. After the install was done, I realized I'd chosen the wrong mulch color. Totally my mistake. I had to call Patrick back and ask him to replace material his crew had already installed. Not only did he come back with the same great attitude, he never once made me feel bad about the mix-up. Service with a smile, twice. Patrick and his partner Eduardo are exactly the kind of people you hope to find: nice, hardworking guys who genuinely care about making their customers happy. I have more projects coming up and I won't be calling anyone else. I highly recommend. read more

Communication was clear and consistent throughout the project. I had a small concern after the job was done, and they came back promptly to check on it without hesitation. That follow-up alone shows their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. The final product looks great and functions perfectly. Patrick is a God send. Skillful in every regard of landscaping, he presented us with multiple options that both meets our purpose and financial capacities. Great communication. Answered all my questions and concerns. Pat worked with my budget. Will hire again for future projects.

Honest, hardworking and thorough. He came out and gave me a bid within a few days of contacting him. He listened to what we wanted, the concerns we had, and came up with a bid (for our dream yard) Then he helped us narrow down the things for our dream yard on an affordable budget. You would've hardly noticed he was here. He is hardworking and meticulous. As someone who has ADHD and gets distracted easily I'm running in and out of the house all day because I forgot something in the car several times. Not one time was he not working while he was here. He did most of the work himself which is impressive. He touched bases with me the entire time. It has been a few weeks since he completed the he job. He has come out and checked everything himself several times. He has made himself accessible should I have any questions or concerns. In the past I haven't had the best experiences with anyone in landscaping, masonry, or things like that. I'm a single mother who cares for her elderly mother. Apparently because of that people assume we can bleed ourselves dry to get anything done. Every time in the past the initial bid always went up. Hidden costs and fees until 10,000 dollars later we were still don't have completed projects and are looking for ways to recoup losses for unfinished projects. That was not the case here. God was looking out for us when we came across his information. I'm grateful to have came across someone who is passionate about their work and it shows. I couldn't be more satisfied. If you hire him for your work you will not be disappointed. We hired him to remove the current grass, tiling and grading of the soil, irrigation repairs, plant removal and hydroseeding. I will post pictures when it's finished growing. In the meantime I was hoping this review saves someone some unnecessary trouble of hiring the wrong person. read more

Patrick was awesome from start to finish, after having a number of "pros" no show on me, patrick came out the very following morning after I contacted him last minute. He came out and removed a bunch of old trees and shrubs fairly quickly at more than a reasonable price. You get what you pay for! I can't speak highly enough about Patrick and his team, they did an excellent job for my backyard. From the start of estimating the project, to the end of cleaning all the concrete and residues, they demonstrated what a trustworthy and professional landscaping service would look like. Just to name a few, they always response in a timely manner, explain issues patiently, arrive as scheduled, and communicate clearly about all the details. It was a great joy watching my backyard getting transformed piece by piece, and I was really impressed when the sod was finally installed. Though it took them some extra time to complete the project, that's totally understandable as the weather was extremely hot those days and I can tell they were still trying hard to get all the stuff done in a correct way. Overall, I really appreciate the transformation they did for my backyard and the easiness of the whole process. Definitely recommend them to those who need the landscaping service. read more

Aidan Jade Landscaping definitely exceeded my expectations along with my neighbors (I will explain this)! My house is on a corner a lot and I understand along with the co-owner that not only is curb appeal important, but I also live in a community with a very active Home Owners Association (HOA). From our initial contact with Patrick, our vision, questions, and comments were acknowledged by him and our hope for a beautiful landscape design for our front, back, and side yard soon became a reality with a digital render of our project. When it was received by the co-owner and I we were very happy to send it to our HOA board for review and it was approved. Our entire landscaping project took about three and a half weeks and we were elated to discover the overall compliments from guests to our home (including an out of state visitor and are ever so curious neighbors. My only concern was for the curiosity of my neighbors entering my property to marvel at the process and professional landscape design that Patrick and his staff executed. The staff was able to accommodate my request to inform my neighbors that they were not allowed to enter my property without my permission and the visits from one in particular eventually stopped. My project not only included landscaping but it included replacing my sprinkler/drip system, relocated existing plants/trees, disposal of various landscaping rocks and debris which were all completed within a very short time which left me extremely satisfied. Integrity, quality, and overall work ethic was apparent from start to finish and the pride Patrick and his staff demonstrated was noteworthy. I am very satisfied with our landscaping and can't wait to upload additional photographs of our project. Since the completion of our project, my home is definitely a standout in my entire and definitely raised the bar. I will continue to recommend Aidan Jade Landscaping. My front yard was a complete mess of overgrown grass and weeds so I wanted to get it replaced with something more desert friendly that would not require maintenance. I reached out to Aidan Jade along with two other vendors to get quotes and the first thing that blew me away was the price. Aidan Jade gave me a bid significantly lower than the competitors and was able to schedule me in relatively quickly after I accepted their bid. The team worked quickly but I did notice little things that might not have been done from a more expensive vendor. That being said, it's impossible to argue the price and the speed that they provided. If you have an exact idea of what you need, I would suggest making sure to communicate it clearly since I really had no idea what I was doing. But if you need something done but need some suggestions on ideas I would highly recommend giving them a call and getting a bid. read more

I read all of the reviews and I thought this was a good landscaping company. but after I had the work done I was very disappointed. At first the job looked good. I had rocks put all over my yard but exactly one month later there was grass and weeds growing everywhere when I call him back it took a long time for him to get back to me and he told me to hire another gardener to maintain my yard monthly when I did so the other gardener told me that it was not a good job done and maintenance should be done every six months I am very disappointed in his work And when he finally did come back and fix my yard he only fix one part of it and left it looking like this read more

I would highly recommend Aiden Jade Landscaping. We started getting quotes in June to get our yard done and this was the only company that gave us a visual/map of what they would do with the yard along with the quote. We didn't like a few things at first, and they quickly changed those things and sent us a new quote. Not long after that, my husbands truck had issues and the insurance gave us a very hard time getting it covered, so we had to put off the landscaping. When we messaged them months later for yet another quote-they quickly sent it. We ultimately changed our minds (again) and they sent us a 4th quote. Once we figured out what we wanted, Patrick and his team were able to get our yard done in less than a week. I'm very happy with their service-we were not easy customers :) read more

I would not recommend due to lack of professionalism. Being busy is not an excuse. Bid appointment scheduled for 9/21. Last minute cancellation. Rescheduled for the following day, Wednesday 9/22. Patrick came out did measurements and appears to be very knowledgeable. He said we would have the quote Sunday 9/26. On 9/26 at 4;08 I message Patrick that I have not received the bid. He assured me I will have it today. Friday 10/1 I have still not received the bid. Patrick messages me 10/2, 10:29am, saying I will have the bid today. Today, a week later, 10/9 NO BID. read more

First & foremost I'd like to thank both of these gentleman for doing a great job on my backyard. Secondly, skip to the end & take note of the integrity I mention if you don't want to read this novel. The breakdown of the work they performed is as follows: they removed 1000sf of an existing bermuda/fescue/kbg nightmare & replaced it with superior fescue. Prior to laying the sod they tilled, leveled & shoveled compost over the whole area. Granted that's what you're supposed to do, but i feel like it's overlooked or half-a**ed by other folks. This team didn't half-a** any part of this key component. Simultaneously, they trenched the width of my yard & installed a DWP drain for me to help alleviate a rain related puddling/pooling issue I've had in a low lying part of my yard/river rock border. It worked perfectly during the last storm; so I am very pleased & my son loves the new soft fescue... A few weeks later I called them & scheduled another project. I randomly had a riser on the supply side of the sprinkler distribution manifold explode & start gushing water... luckily my wife was home to hear the "boom" & she cut the water of. After some investigation, I determined the piping installed by the previous owner was 1) old & 2) OLD lol. In any case, this duo once again came out, did their thing & rebuilt the entire assembly (at my request). To be clear, they completely dug up, cut out & re-piped the entire area in a day (which was no easy feat because it was infested with palm tree roots)... I will say this knowing that some may view it as a negative, while some will see it for the positive that it really is. During the manifold rebuild, i asked them to link it to an existing under slab line that supplies my outdoor sink. fast forward a week or so later... i finally get around to hooking up the supply line to the sink. I depressurize the system, do some finagling & re-pressurize. Now i realize that i failed to clear the line of debris prior to making the final connections (because the water will not flow). So i depressurize, disconnect the fittings, re-pressurize/blow the line & shut off the water one last time. I reconnect, re-pressurize & POP, something blows up. I panic because it looks like New Orleans in a hurricane... I call Patrick, in a panic, and the duo comes back in a hurry. After some investigating, they determined a high PSI putty they used to join the under slab pipe failed. They fixed the connection same day after tossing the fancy putty aside & going with the tried and true pipe to pipe method lol. So, some would say they should've done pipe to pipe to begin with; HOWEVER... I'm in commercial construction & we're constantly using "NEW AND IMPROVED" products. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't; so no harm, no foul in my eyes. WHAT I LOVE IS THAT THEY CAME BACK AND FIXED THEIR WORK!!!! THAT IS ALMOST UNHEARD OF IN RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION ANYMORE. Also, 5 stars for the reader if you took the time to read all of this. That means you're serious about your next project & want it done right. Do yourself a favor and send Patrick a text or email... read more

Requested a quote via Yelp but never heard back from them. Horrible way to start off. Guess I'll take my business elsewhere.

Patrick has been really good to work with on the property we have. He helped fix a sprinkler problem and did landscaping, all for a very fair rate. There were problems afterwards, but he helped to straighten those problems out, which was great because the broken sprinkler system was wasting a lot of water. We were pleased with everything we saw. One slight knock against Patrick, I never got the invoice. It's alright though. Payments were easy enough, I paid with zelle. Thank you! read more
