I rarely give five stars but he did a wonderful job. He was very clear concise with his pricing and the hat need to be done. He wasn't pushy. We asked the other places who were pushy and charged ridiculous prices. We had seven sprinklers done for a third of price than others. He was patient with my questions then he asked for appointment. Spoke with Mario the owner from beginning he said he would give a call before coming out . He made three call attempts and called me back immediately. "MUST READ" I called Mario on Tuesday morning May 7th 2024, requesting an estimate for my sprinklers, as they're not working correctly. Mario answered and was very pleasant and asked when I was looking to get the estimate. I stated that I preferred it to be as soon as possible and he said that Thursday May 9th 2024 would be the earliest day. I confirmed that Thursday would be fine and he requested that I send him a text at the number I reached him at, with my name and address. I sent him the requested text moments after the call. I didn't receive a response, but figured he was busy and I waited til Thursday. Mario never responded and didn't show up on Thursday morning. I waited until I got off work close to 4:00 p.m. Mario answered and stated that he placed me for an estimate on Friday May 10th 2024 His mistake and stated that he was currently in Beaumont. I never utilized his services so I can't speak to that, but his responsiveness and reliability are obviously not good. As a potential customer who did everything asked and waited patiently, this was a big disappointment, as I could've reached out to another company for the services that I need. Now I'm looking at next week, if I'm unable to get anyone out to my property this weekend. Time is of course very valuable to all of us, and I would like think that a business of any sort would value there potential customers time first and foremost. Mario is very professional, friendly and straight forward. Contacted him for leaking sprinkler valves and 2 broken irrigation lines. I sent him photos and he gave me an estimated quote right away. He kept in contact during his scheduled day of visit to keep me updated on his time of arrival. He showed up, pointed out what was wrong and what he will be doing and showed the parts he will be replacing it with. He showed me all the parts replaced after work completed. He did a very clean job and also gave me some advice on my irrigation system and lawn care. I like that he was not trying to sell me anything else that I didn't need. I had an underground leak located underneath two large sprinkler valves, I called, left a message, and Mario and was able to call me back pretty quickly, we went over my situation and scheduled an appointment for the upcoming weekend. Mario contacted me that morning providing an estimated time of arrival. He completely solved the issue by repairing and replacing the irrigation piping between the two large valves, instead of just one, in order to prevent a future problem. Called Mario to schedule an appointment never showed up never communicated that he wasn't coming, when I called Mario, he told me that he was backed up because of the rain. I said I understand can we reschedule. So I rescheduled for Tuesday 10am and and another no call, no show. Extremely unprofessional. I have decided to give up and use another service. We had an ongoing issue with high water usage in the middle of the night. We fixed two sprinkler heads, had the water company out, checked the timer, and nothing changed. I decided to call a pro. Mario came out the next morning and did a diagnostic assessment. He recommended shortening our 5 minute water in the middle of the night to 3 minutes. Usage went from 157 gallons to 90.
