Richard came by today to address a known issue with some faulty valves (not working at all). He showed up on time and was in and out in about 30 mins. I had several broken pipes and sprinkler heads but I also wanted the sprinklers to be set up differently because we were changing our backyard set up. this guy is crazy expensive! he is completely incapable of telling you how much the job will cost. he makes up the price as he goes along, so you'll never knew what the end cost will be. my bad!
