He responded the same day regarding the job to check the sprinklers, and the price he quoted was fair. He came out the next day to complete the work. However, two of the sprinkler heads he replaced were not functioning properly. He addressed my concerns and returned to replace them. I was in a bind - a Karen/Kevin called code enforcement on me regarding my front lawn. I have been unable to tend to my front lawn b/c of a work injury. I called Luis, he came out on time, assessed my situation and that same day had my sprinklers up and running. Further, I had previously ordered some trees and shrubs, guess who I had to come out and assess my situation and plant me some bubblers, sprinklers and a drip-system---Yes-Luis to the rescue...Luis installed my front yard irrigation system, told me what I needed and even set me up for my next delivery of plants. Today, customer service is a lost art, however Luis is one of those guys that are extremely hard to find...well spoken, detailed oriented, honest, reliable, keeps his word & goes above and beyond. So in a way, I am glad someone called code enforcement on me b/c I would never had met Luis, my new irrigation specialist whom I will now call for any issues regarding landscaping. I'm very VERY impressed with Luis. We have had issues in our yard for years, every time someone has come out. They either said it couldn't be fixed or would only address part of it. I think they didn't want to put the tile in to figure it out. I told Luis I would pretty for his time to diagnose what's going on. He spent hours and center up with a plan. He completed much of the work same day and will be coming back to finish the rest. He also took the time to walk me around my property and show me what valves operate which areas. I contacted them regarding my automatic sprinklers not working in the backyard and immediately received a response. They wanted to come out the next day, but due to my work schedule they came out on Memorial Day. Luis was exactly on time. He was courteous and professional and walked me through every step of everything going on. He even left me the papers he wrote up regarding the wiring and connections. During testing, I discovered some holes in my drip system area. I asked him about repairing it and it was no problem. Everything is 100% fixed and working as it should. Pricing is extremely fair. Luis was awesome at fixing our sprinkler drip line leaks. He came to our house yesterday and went to Home depot to get the parts he needed. Unfortunately they didn't have the correct parts for the hose we had so he offered to go to Riverside irrigation store to get the couplers. He said he would be in Riverside today and it wasn't a problem for him to get the parts. Today he came and fixed the leaks and charged me a very fair price for his time and effort. I requested landscape service through Yelp and Luis was prompt to respond. He stopped by the same day to look at the scope of the job; we agreed to move forward. Luis and Ralph started the job on the following day. They were on time and worked on the project from 7am-5pm. They cleaned up my 0.25 acre yard, cut/trimmed bushes, removed/sprayed weeds, and hauled the trash away. The place was nice and clean when they were done with it. He is nice, fixed irrigation leak, however ununfired all system to where unable to use.

Sprinklers stopped working in the front yard and Luis was able to come by the next day to troubleshoot. He replaced the valve and got everything working again quickly. Labor cost was fair with no hidden fees. I'll definitely reach out to him again when I need some help. read more
