I had been putting off a sprinkler repair because it was leaking under my concrete driveway slab; I thought this was going to be a very expensive repair. Javan showed up, on time, and methodically started to diagnose the problem. Once he was fairly certain of the scope of work, he intended to return to the office to draw up the estimate. Right before leaving, Javan asked me if he could dig one hole, to which I agreed. This tiny hold allowed Javan to see the problem exactly and complete the entire job that same day. He called Ruthy in the office, who was also super to work with, I approved the estimate on the phone, and the whole thing was done in a matter of hours and with one visit. Professional, experienced, fast, personable, and fairly priced for their services. It's hard to know who you can trust with things like this, but Sprinkler Master has earned my trust and will be my go-to if I ever need anything sprinkler related. When my sprinklers stopped popping out of the ground I started fearing the worst. I called the Sprinkler Masters expecting to have to dig up the whole system and throw thousands of dollars at the problem. Turns out we just needed to swap out a couple of the irrigation valves. Javan even pointed out the loud noise coming from and the poor physical condition of the main water valve for the whole house. The cost to fix everything ended up only being a fraction of what I thought it was going to be. Javan and his colleague were super professional. They took less than an hour to replace the irrigation valves. Javan even came back and adjusted the sprinklers to ensure we were only watering what we needed and not wasting water. True experts in this field. I also reported Javan's findings on the main valve to the water company and they came out and replaced the bad valve. Javan came out to my home yesterday & replaced the irrigation water pressure valve. When he was finished & went to turn on the sprinklers, nothing happened. The sprinklers would not even turn on. Turned out he installed it backwards. Would not recommend him to anyone wanting quality work for a fair price. After he correctly installed the water pressure valve, I had him replace 2 sprinkler tips & make necessary adjustments. Not even 20 minutes of work & he attempted to charge me an extra $135 with his hourly rate at $220. Would never hire again. Beware of him overcharging, & lacking the knowledge of a professional. read more

Javan and Joel did an excellent job finding and repairing an underground leak in my grass irrigation. Stuck to the estimate even after encountering some significant tree roots that had broken a sprinkler head. Also replaced a leaky valve. After waiting the required time for the PVC glue to cure, I reopened the main valve and found a very small leak in the new valve. I Found the sprinkler masters on a Google search. These guys came out gave me a great quote they were able to find the problem. It ended up being the sprinkler manifold connection buried deep in the ground. After a few hours of intense digging they found a leak and had it repaired. Five star review all the way. I can't say enough good things about this company and their friendly repair men. They are very professional, competent, and diagnosed our problems quickly. They assessed our 1/2 acre yard in Meadowview (Temecula) and found the problem sprinklers/drip hoses. They fixed everything including providing a new sprinkler controller which they installed to the wall outside (the last one was not hung and we accidentally hit it w/ a basketball- it broke:P). They also gave us great advice. My elderly mom (who prides herself on gardening) had been pinching off hoses and re-timing or turning off sprinklers without us knowing and this caused some problems with drip hoses and sprinkler heads.
