Great customer service and product selection. Better product quality and price than Home Depot or Lowes.

Over the years I have been here to pick up some piping, connectors and master valves. These are all basic items and what have not, for the DIY guy (albeit they primarily cater to professional landscapers and plumbers). My son had some damage to his irrigation system, where the previous owner put in some weird shit I had never seen before. A connector was broken off and my son could not find a replacement at his local hardware stores. He bought what he was hoping was a replacement online, but it was not correct. I brought the broken item home and went to Temecula Valley Pipe & Supply with it. I found the matching connector in their warehouse and picked up x2 for him. It should work and I will find out in the near future. If it doesn't I will cough it up to the crap system previously installed. If it does I will update this 5 star review with the good news. Been a loyal customer here for 20 plus years. They have a lot more stuff than most know, they used to have the best prices around. I would've given them 5 Stars before their prices went up on some small things you wouldn't think of like PVC glued etc, and it can be very difficult to get them to answer the phones there. But I will continue to purchase from them as always. read more

My wife and I went in the other day to look for some inline filters. We were in the store for more than twenty minutes, and not one employee ever stopped to ask us if we needed assistance or if we had any questions. A female employee walked by us four times and never said a single word to us. Due to this stores lousy customer service we decided to leave the store and headed down the road, where we were happy to spend our $2700.00 dollars. The store down the road had excellent customer service from the moment we walked into the store. While we were at Temecula Valley Pipe & Supply, we counted at least four employees. One on the floor stocking, two behind the counter jabbering with each other, and one female walking back and forth from the front of the store to the back of the store. Here is some advice for the owners/managers. Train your staff to greet ALL customers that enter the store. They could say something like "Welcome to Temecula Valley Pipe. If you have any questions, please let us know." Or "Welcome. Is there anything that we can help you find." Very easy to say and do. Lastly for the Owners/Managers of Temecula Valley Pipe & Supply. We customers now have choices where we can buy our products. With the help of our cell phones, we can now track down competition that sells what you have. If you do not want our business, then we will not patronize your store. You need us more than we need you! read more

Staff and prices are light years ahead of Home Depot and Lowes. Actually, Lowes shouldn't be mentioned since staff and prices are worse than Home Depot. Overall, service and selection are far better and prices are significantly less. Beware, place is full most of the time so show up with a list/diagram or be prepared to wait. read more

Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful staff. This was my first time visiting and I wish I'd realized this shop was here sooner - would've saved me a ton of time and money. Previously I had been ordering SCH 80 fittings online since the big name home improvement stores were lacking. This place had a great selection AND was better priced than most places online. The staff was just as attentive and helpful towards me as they were their repeat contractor customers. Personally, this speaks volumes as I was only there for a purchase under $50. The gentleman at the counter was happy too answer any and all questions, and it was immediately evident that he knew what he was talking about. 10/10 will never shop for plumbing parts anywhere else again - this place has my business and strongest recommendation. read more

I had an excellent experience at this store today. I walked in pretty much clueless about drip lines. Sean was definitely a big help today. He taught me how to built a drip line system and went over the installation process. The guy made me feel like a professional irrigation specialist in about 10 minutes! Our water heater failed after nearly 11 years; significant leaking at the seams and water pooling at the bottom. My wife and I were looking into other shops around town aside from the common big box residential supply stores. I've helped replaced a few water heaters with my dad while growing up, so I decided to replace it on my own rather than calling a company. I do have intermediate experience with plumbing and basic natural gas piping knowledge. As I was in the process of removing the old water heater, my wife got a hold of Mark at Temecula Valley Pipe & Supply (TVPS). He assisted us in finding the same manufacturer water heater with identical piping hook ups. TVPS also had it at a lower price than the big box stores. All the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to help with troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the replacement process. When I got home with the water heater, I was able to set it up and connect the fittings. The water heater fit like a glove and looks like the original. I was looking for pressure rated large diameter PVC pipe, and none of the home improvement chain stores carried it. I was lucky enough to be near some super helpful passers-by when I was talking to one of the chain store reps, and the passers-by recommended Temecula Valley Pipe & Supply. "They have everything" they said. And were they ever right. I was able to find exactly what I needed right away. The staff is super helpful and very knowledgeable. They made sure I had all of the right pressure rated fittings and the best cement for the job. All of the big pipe was in their yard just across the street, and they were happy to cut the 20 foot length into two ten foot lengths for me. Do you need an odd size pipe or for me I needed a pvc cut to a 3 foot section and I need to be 6 inch diameter. Forget about big box but at Temecula Valley Pipe Supply they have or will cut the pipe to the size you need. I have a special project that will require various lengths of pipe and connections.
