This will be our 3rd year getting rocks at BRM. We also get rocks for our fish tank. We like the place, the service and the people that wok there. The place is clean and we get to explore out back and pick our rocks. The staff is very friendly helpful with our question. My 7 yr old son enjoys exploring the place and the rocks. I came in…read moreafter reading the positive reviews, expecting to easily find my (very basic) stone needs, and was greeted with rude, aloof service from the lady at the front desk. Before I had even finished briefly explaining the stone I was looking for, she interrupted to say they couldn't help me in any way. Despite being the only customer in the store, there was zero effort made on her part to be helpful in any way. I'd recommend taking your business to a company that actually wants it.

All of the quotes we got were outrageous - including a $24,000 quote from ReBath we had to suffer through a 3-hour presentation in our home just to hear. And that stuff is just plastic! Anyway, we knew we wanted something custom, which included: 1. Full demo / removal of the old bench seat 2. Floor-to ceiling large tiles (Minimal grout lines) 3. Custom floor (No pre-fab pan) 4. Dual shower head with 3-way valve 5. Frameless door 6. New vent fan (Our old one couldn't keep the mold out) You can see from the video our original shower was just gross. The caulking was worn out, there was water damage on the wall from leaks and mold, the tile was dated and I had to duck under the frame of the door every time I entered the shower. Todd came in for a quote and was super professional right from the start. He gave his honest advice on our design ideas and worked with us to find the right price for the work. I'm old school so these things matter to me - he looks you in the eye when speaking to you, explains things plainly and always shows up on time. He made a great first impression AND his quote was very reasonable. From demo to final product it took about 6 business days. Todd was very tidy and made sure to always pick up his mess at the end of each day. Honestly he was so neat he really didn't have much to pick up since he was always vacuuming and taping things off so well during the process. He was sure to check in with us throughout each day, making sure we liked the progress and asking approval when needed. He did all of the plumbing, electrical and tile work himself! We needed a custom piece of glass to fit our odd-shaped shower frame and he brought in Jose from Nwegen shower doors - he's worked with him for more than 16 years. Jose did an amazing job on (what I consider) a giant piece of custom glass and industrial hinges. First thing the Jose said to me when he got here was "I love working with Todd because I never have to second guess his measurements and things are always level." Seems like simple stuff but you know how they slap houses together now - things are rarely level to begin with. We are absolutely ecstatic about our new shower. There is so much more room inside, the dual shower heads are awesome and easy to adjust and best of all - no more ducking under the bar to get inside! Todd was so great to work with we were already hitting him with ideas for the rest of the bathroom before he was halfway finished with the shower. We have used several different contractors on our home and he has been by FAR the best professional connection we have made. Can't recommend him highly enough.

We've used three different tile/granite co's in the past and were very disappointed with demo, tile work and poor cleanup, and housekeeping. We immediately liked Moudy and read reviews on Google and Yelp. It was quick for scheduling maybe a week or so lead time. We were only going to do one bathroom countertop at a time, but Moudy pointed out we would use and waste half a slab. The demo team was so gentle in dismantling our countertops. They papered off the cabinet facing and the mirror frame. They made a great effort to be clean and gentle, and always nice and tidy at the end of the dau. We've had some very rough demos in the past where they knocked giant holes in the drywall. The result was that we had to replace all the drywall where they removed tile. With Giza, we didn't have to repair any drywall. As it turns out, the demo team is the installer as well. They were such nice guys. They asked questions on my preferences for things such as caulking, etc. Very, very nice job. They even did the first sealing for me. I highly recommend Giza and will only call them for my future work.

Faucet water tested "Above EPA Limit" (in the red 500+), filtered refrigerator registered "Check Your Water" (in the red 301-499) and the new drinking water registered "Very Pure" (in the blue in the 0-50 range at 17!) We'd heard how bad Murrieta water is so we've been buying bottled drinking water. So glad we've finally made the change and know it's the best decision for our family. I went to M&M Landscaping because I had been to a handful of competitors and felt like I had to rob a bank to finish a home project. My experience as a "little guy" I felt valued from the moment I arrived at their yard. Justin came out of the office to greet us and went out of his way to make suggestions. Delivery was scheduled between 9-10 am, and they called me at 7 am asking if they could bring the rock now. It took 2 trips to deliver the 9 yards I ordered. The delivery man was great, and delivered the rock to my driveway with care. We had a high of 108 yesterday (delivery day) and 106 today. We put the rock down ourselves so it took 2 days in the heat. There is definitely a lot of dust with rock, that should be expected. I just hosed it off my driveway. I'm very pleased with the help I received from the man that helped me during my 1st visit, and with how quickly they were able to deliver the rock.

I wanted to tear it all out and start clean. I got quotes and educated on different issues that arise from having artificial turf and decided to go with AGL. The quality was good and it was half the price of some of the quotes I received. The others may have been better once installed but, I'll never know because I couldn't afford them. AGL came out and demo'ed the existing grass, weeds, debris and even took down a tree my husband was supposed to dig out before they got here. They didn't complain or charge extra. My only issue is that it does get very hot. I wouldn't consider it pet friendly during the hottest parts of the summer out here. Menifee gets HOT. My dog is too spoiled to want to be out there for anything more than his "business" so he isn't bothered by it.

Ricardo helped us, and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. We ended up purchasing 3 items. Once we got home, we realized we had an issue with one item. We called Ricardo and he expressed that he really wanted to make sure we were happy with our purchase, and offered a few options. After our discussion, we hammered out a solution that I found to be satisfactory. While customers and businesses never want to be in a situation where someone is dissatisfied, I can appreciate the good customer service in addressing my issue. Thank you!

Bought a $1000 vase fountain from Waterwise. It was placed in a protected side patio. Within 1-1/2…read moreyears the thin ceramic glaze began to peel off exposing the terracotta pot. I contacted Brent "Poncho" to ask what can be done at this point. He stated he would get back to me after I sent pictures, to which I did immediately. I have since made numerous attempts to follow-up with no response from Brent. We've had other fountains (Purchased at Madd Potter) for well over 10 years with no issues. Agreed with another review: Poor customer service and quality. High prices and there are better options in the area. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere!
