I warn anyone buying rock from this company. They got the order wrong and promise to replace a different rock, the owner lied about sending the a replacement rock. They lost because I need rock for my back yard, and have 2 rentals that I need rock for.. Here is a photo of the wrong rock sent, it was crap. U lose buddy and no one likes a liar. read more

I thought I was going to have a good experience here. No way! The girl that works there is TERRIBLE. She tells you incorrect pricing for items. And I mean by a lot. She initially quoted me $150 for a yard of black mulch. Then when I came back in about 10 mins later, she corrected herself by swearing and dropping F bombs. Very professional! Then I had to drive there a total of THREE times because when she works she does not answer the phone. And I mean for HOURS of not answered the phone. And she does not return messages. My rocks were delivered today. She completely mis-calculated the amount I needed. She doesn't know what she is doing. You would think you would train your employee how to calculate how much of an item someone would need. You do work at a stone yard!!! And the paper for the calculations was sitting right in front of her and she didn't use it. I gave her the square footage, well actually a bit more than I should have needed and the depth. Raul JR, was unfortunately not working, he showed me the paper that she needed to use for 3" of depth versus 2. Well I am still about 3/4 of a yard short on the rock I needed because of HER miscalculation. I am so pissed! I paid a $100 delivery fee and I don't have enough. I called another local stone yard to see how much I should have ordered just to verify her inaccuracy. The only good part was the delivery driver was super nice. That's it. Had all my materials delivered to our property lot by Campos Materials perfectly without any problems by mature respectful adult employees & owner. You know, without the typical young (guy employee) narcassist & oddly jelious with a complex & mental issues directing thier personal issues at you with attacks ( odd when you come here just to do business: not attacked) like one will get and find at So Cal Mulch INC out of Menifee California. Watch out for Aaron the arrogant young owner he might decide too attack you too by doing something scandelous like dumping your order where he knows it will give ***ONE TROUBLE**or have to hear his bad mouthing other businesses & paying people too attack THEM. We initially found these guys while searching for gravel to place in our backyard. After searching a few of our local gravel yards with no help from anyone at the 3 we went to, we stopped by here! We were immediately greeted with excellent customer service! We were given a price list as well as baggies to collect samples so we could take them home and decide if needed! Also, my two girls were told to pick a bigger rock to take home and paint! After making our decision about a week later, I went in and placed my order, again we were greeted with a smiling face and excellent customer service! Placing our order was easy and were given a discount for paying cash on delivery! Gravel was delivered this morning, on time! The delivery driver was super nice and again... provided me with another great experience! I could not recommend these guys anymore!
