I asked the gentleman up front if he could help me and he said "sorry man, I'm new to growing too". I asked if there was anybody else here who could help and he told me yes but they were in the back and too busy to help me too. I thought it was strange that they would put somebody up front alone that has no knowledge of the product they sell. I looked around for a bit but unfortunately I was not able to figure things out so I left.

Unfortunately, the experience at checkout completely changed my impression. The cashier was not friendly and seemed impatient, which made the process uncomfortable and disappointing. The nursery does offer fair pricing and a wide selection of plants, which I appreciated. However, customer service--especially at checkout--is just as important. Because of this experience, I will likely choose to shop somewhere else next time.

This will be our 3rd year getting rocks at BRM. We also get rocks for our fish tank. We like the place, the service and the people that wok there. The place is clean and we get to explore out back and pick our rocks. The staff is very friendly helpful with our question. My 7 yr old son enjoys exploring the place and the rocks. I ordered 5 yards of wood chips with 2 yards of brown bark, only to realize I under estimated the amount I needed. I called to let them know I needed more and they were able to deliver another full truck on the same day. Great customer service!!!
