Not treated to withstand California weather Not UV treated. All the houses have windows and reflections. They don't have any protection from window reflections. They deny the warranty for any reason. I waited some time to place this review to see if I would truly be happy with the new turf. I'm still over the moon in love with it. My yard was a wreck. I wanted to tear it all out and start clean. I got quotes and educated on different issues that arise from having artificial turf and decided to go with AGL. The quality was good and it was half the price of some of the quotes I received. The others may have been better once installed but, I'll never know because I couldn't afford them. AGL came out and demo'ed the existing grass, weeds, debris and even took down a tree my husband was supposed to dig out before they got here. They didn't complain or charge extra. My only issue is that it does get very hot. I wouldn't consider it pet friendly during the hottest parts of the summer out here. Menifee gets HOT. My dog is too spoiled to want to be out there for anything more than his "business" so he isn't bothered by it. read more

No warnings, just find out on your own how your windows will "burn" your artificial turf! Money down the drain. After paying to have my windows tinted - still no replacement turf. I stopped by yesterday to check out their products and showroom as I'm currently halfway through my turf removal rebate application and wanted to see and feel their grass in person as well as get some questions answered. I walked in and met with Kailee, their assistant manager, who spent about 15 minutes with me going over their products in their new location/showroom. FYI... they just moved here on the 1st from their Diaz location in Temecula which is why the pin on their Yelp map is incorrect... Don't worry though, I submitted the correct map position to Yelp for approval :) They offer new and recycled turf, but the new turf is the only one that qualifies for the rebate. Kailee answered all of my questions and was very friendly in her presentation. While I wish I could've taken advantage of their promotion, I didn't wanna do anything without hearing about my application. The biggest issue was that the delivery driver for the turf backed into my unoccupied parked car on the street (with nobody around) and smashed my driver side fender causing almost $4,000 in repairs. Despite gathering all the insurance info from the driver (nice kid), it appears as though the incident was never submitted to their insurance and my insurance is having a hard time tracking this down during subrogation ... what a surprise. Never received a follow up call from Brandon O'Kelly the supervisor at AGL who apparently no longer works there. Maybe they'll see this and reach out to resolve the issue. read more

Issue 1: I ordered my turf on 11/11/2020 and it was delivered on 11/13/2020. On 11/14/2020 while on Facebook, I noticed an ad about free installation accessories with my purchase. Which for my order of 1200 sq ft. would have been roughly $300 in savings. I called my salesperson to ask if they could apply the promotion (which was never mentioned during my visit to the store.) to my purchase since it was within days of the purchase. He said he would have to check with a manager and call me back. When the salesperson called me back he told me his manager would "NOT" honor the promotion. Come to find out from my salesperson this promotion has been going on for the last 30 days and is still being offered to this present day. Any other company would extend their promotions to the customer while they are visiting their showroom! (I drove from Oceanside to Temecula to visit your showroom on a referral from a friend.) Any reputable company would honor sales promotions within 30 days of purchase. Issue 2: I was given a window of 11 am to 2 pm for delivery. At 2:30 pm "I" had to call and find out the status of the delivery and why it was late. The representative on the phone told me they had a mechanical issue with their delivery truck and the order would be at my house before 5 pm. The delivery arrived at 5 pm exactly. When I asked the driver about the truck issues he was clueless and said his truck has worked fine all day. Your representative on the phone lied to me! How nice! I feel bad for your delivery driver who was obviously overbooked and has to take the brunt of your angry customers. Your driver was extremely apologetic for being late but also thanked me for not being upset with him. I explained to him it's not his fault that "AGL" over-promised and underdelivered. A delivery driver is not to blame for poor management. I am extremely upset that I had to break my plans for the day waiting on a delivery to arrive late, the lack of communication, and fabricated excuses. Remember there are other turf companies in this area but I chose AGL because of a referral. I will not be using AGL for my front yard project slated to begin next month. AGL's unwillingness to accommodate a customer with a reasonable request and their dishonesty has now cost them not only my extended business but the business of my friends and family. read more

Ask for our man Dan - Daniel Fanscona - he's an expert when it comes to grass...that is an odd thing to say! :) We first heard about this from Mike Lindskog - who is a celebrity here at this store mainly due to his name. We got the LT 3000 but I did like the California Gold a lot too. This place knows it's grass - they even have grass wallpaper. We are going to add some grass for Jordan in the front for her to play with her birthday gift - a giant castle. Great place for her to play! The staff was friendly and accommodating with small things like offering us coffee and water to providing excellent service delivering exactly what we need. With the drought here in California, buying artificial turf is the way to go....and getting it here is a homerun. read more

I had a great experience with AGL in Wildomar. Special mention goes out to Zane for being so detailed on his estimate and Paul for providing amazing service and follow up. There were actually two additional gentlemen - one an AGL GM who swung by to make sure the job was going well and the installation supervisor and his crew from Aloha. I am pretty obsessive about having good, quality work done. I am a Real Estate broker, so I am always being asked for referral for household installations, etc Anytime I get something for my home done, I want to make sure I can recommend that same service to my current and future clients. AGL did a GREAT job for me and they offered a great price. I had three quote and they were the best. They altered the in-fill and then provided a wonderful installation crew. The job came out great and my family is thrilled. I have already shared my experience with a few neighbors because they made my basketball court look great :) They also had to do a quick change on my drains for a marginal cost, improving my backyard drainage while enhancing the look! Count me a happy customer. I will keep a close eye on the grass but so far so good. I did get their Elite line of grass with a full 16 year warranty. read more

Been on Yelp for sometime now and AGL has earned my first review (courtesy of Paul)... My turf had been installed for about a month when I noticed some (thousands of) bugs all around my backyard. I immediately called my AGL rep, Paul, and explained my issue. I had little bugs crawling all around my yard and I had never seen them before (in the 10 years at my residence). Paul's prompt response was "send some pics and videos to my personal cell and I will get them to the GM". Within an hour, Paul was at my house with bug spray and genuinely concerned. I monitored the impact from the spray over the next few days, but everyday I saw more and more bugs. Throughout that week I received daily texts and calls from Paul asking how the bug situation was going and if I had seen a difference from the bug spray. If anything, unfortunately, the problem got worse. I started to think it was the infill that I used from AGL that caused this infestation. Turns out, I had an infestation of spring tails due to my neighbor's weed ridden yard. At the start of this whole journey my wife and I had no idea what to expect or if turf was a good fit for us. Following a NO PRESSURE consultation with Paul, we decided to go with the platinum line of turf. After researching the install procedures and costs, I decided to do the install myself (which Paul explained to me). I have had the turf installed for months now and it has withstood everything my toddlers and puppy could throw at it. In summary, the products from AGL are awesome and I would not hesitate to make the decision to buy again. I was able to chat with him through Facebook and set up a day and time to come into the showroom and look at the samples. Eric, a sales rep was excellent. Eric was able to compare and contrast through the various styleof turf and answered all of our questions. We felt comfortable with AGL and we knew we wanted to go through them. Super mellow and accommodating place. I found them on Google a couple weeks back and shot down to their location after speaking to a sales rep and was actually pleased with the selection of grass/turf they had. When first speaking to the guy on the phone there was a little miscommunication about the "turf" and what to expect as it turns out the bulk of their inventory is recycled football field, however, Brian I think his name was.. or maybe Kyle...or Dave..(I forget) was extremely helpful when I got there and even gave me a discount on my turf for the miscommunication. I actually have gone back 3 times since while expanding the diy project I have going on in my backyard. Also, this is pointless but the girl they have working the front desk is drop dead gorgeous also. Best turf buying experience I've had ytd.
