From start to finish, the Terra Crew Turf company provided the best communication and customer service I have had in a very long time. I'm talking old school service where you immediately talk to a live person, they schedule an initial meeting and show up on time, provide a written quote when they said they would and show up on time and ready to work the day of the project. These guys are top notch and I HIGHLY recommend them for turf work. I had loose rock and they removed all the rock and prepped the space for the turf. They worked all morning and were completely done by just after lunch. I know it was a small job (400 sq ft), but they worked very hard to get it done. It was time for us to do some upgrades in a section of our backyard by replacing the no longer white gravel with artificial turf. We interviewed four separate turf companies and Colby was by far the most informative about his services and the products he would provide for the job. He was good at recommending options including providing samples and the benefits of the various turf types, as well as how their product could be placed around the base of palm trees that are in our particular area. He made the decision easy for us to choose his company to install the artifical turf. They showed up to begin the work on the date and time agreed, and did a fantastic job.
