In utilizing the yelp platform, we proceeded to give a call to the office to schedule. They were very prompt to schedule a free in home consultation the very next day. Jeff was our sales representative and he was very courteous and helped guide us thru the process. We wanted to ensure getting a set of windows changed and he helped do an initial measure and then gave us a run down presentation of our options and the technology behind the windows being replaced ( retrofits). We even had a chance to talk about grids and learn new terms and technology about the windows themselves! They cut the wood and metal outside on the walkway. After hanging the doors, there was a lot of leveling to do that followed by touch up on all the nail marks and gaps in the wall frame. They did an amazing job with the installation and bringing the materials in the living room without bumping into anything. They took about 2.5 hours to complete the installation.

I am the owner of the property and did not authorize, approve, or consent to any contract or work performed. The individual you interacted with at the property is my elderly father 76 yrs old, who has been diagnosed with Dimenta's disease after a fall and brain damage, he does not have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. I have power of attorney over him and am on the title of the home. He asked you to contact me multiple times and i have it in writing- Prior to installation, I personally contacted your company (Dabella) on Thursday 4/23 afternoon to verify whether any work had been scheduled at the property. I was informed by "Chastity" that there was no record of any appointment "nor had they contacted my father since 2025". Despite my call stating he is not of legal capacity to authorize any construction, your company proceeded with window and door installation the following day, Friday April 24th, 2026again without my authorization. I have voicemail and text message records confirming that: Your representatives were aware that my authorization was required from him over the last 5 months the calls were non harassing and predatory to someone of his capacity. No valid authorization was ever obtained by myself, nor did I pay a down payment of $1,000 which they led him to believe. Consistent calls were made to him in an attempt to confuse and take advantage of him This clearly demonstrates that your company proceeded with work despite knowing it had not been properly authorized. I did not receive any estimate, did not sign a contract, or legally required documentation prior to the work being performed. Let me tell you that some companies quotes were near the 12000 range! When visiting these companies they didn't even have stock.. which of course means they are most likely purchasing cheaper and reselling to you.. Not Jimmy, Jimmy was amazing since I stopped in his office. Immediately he was so welcoming and has a HUGE warehouse full of front doors ( not just doors he is ordering from somewhere else) His price also beat these prices but literally almost HALF.. It was a week before labor day weekend and I really wanted the doors installed before the weekend holiday and he was able to get them installed for me! Another note, after getting the doors installed my kids somehow locked my dogs outside for some time and they scratched our front door pretty bad ...
