FANTABULOUS!! Well, it was time to change out the carpet with some new wood flooring. The carpet in my office had taken a beating and we wanted to change my office back into a guest room and move my office into one of the larger rooms in the house. This way my wife could expand her business as well. Now she will be in the same room as me... working along side of me Hey it will be awesome to working together right? we will see Anyway, I reached out to three different flooring companies and only one company contacted me and that of OP. They contacted me back immediately. I explained what we were looking to do and Rod and his wife Sheryl were so nice and ready to help us even though they had other orders and it was going to be a little while before they could get to us they made sure we felt like we were their only customers. Now here is the great part of this, they worked it out to move us up in the rotation! We had some old pieces of wood flooring laying around, actually it was under the couch cushion to keep it from sagging (heavy butt kids) They took that and matched it perfectly with what we had on the floor from five years ago! That's sometimes hard to do especially with products being discounted. Miracle at best. They even delivered the wood when it came in! They were just so kind and friendly. Felt like I knew them for years. Very professional and caring. Because of the difference wood they were not sure if they would have to use threshold molding or not leading into the room. But the installer did an awesome job of making the transition flow perfectly! Didn't need that threshold molding at all. It wasn't just about a sell and move in for them. And the installers were great as well. Didn't have to repair anything after they finished. Usually after people come in and do work on your house you always find something they broke, chipped or scratched when they leave. They cleaned up and left the place in great condition. We had a slab leak in February 2023 that caused the flooring in 95% our house to be replaced. Rod ad Sheryl were able to come out to us the next day with samples, measure. They scheduled the demo work we needed and were very patient with my husband and I as we decided on the exact flooring we wanted. After we had our cabinets installed, that's when we finally decided on the flooring, and it was ordered immediately and the install was scheduled. I had vinyl wood flooring and carpet put in my home about 4 years ago. Then after a few years the vinyl flooring started bending up at the joints in several places. I called Rod at OP and explained what was going on. He sent out someone to assess the situation and decide who was "at fault". It took a little time, but eventually the manufacturer of the flooring assumed responsibility and covered new flooring. The new floor looks great and seems to be a higher quality than the original. If I could give more stars I would. We started with a different contractor but bought our material from OP Flooring. The other contractor ended up messing up a bunch of areas early on and showed up when he felt like it. So we fired that contractor and asked OP Flooring to finish the job. They repaired the messed up areas and finished the job quickly. We loved the job so much we added more rooms. OP Flooring is quick, professional, and very helpful. We just had Mattress Firm deliver a bed and they damaged every stair nose. We are having Op Floor come out the fix our stairs and I am reminded of how amazing OP Flooring is. read more

If I could give 10 stars I would. We were moving into a house we had rented out for 14 years so wanted to upgrade all the flooring throughout. They gave us recommendations on luxury vinyl plank (100% waterproof) which we ended up ordering. We travelled back from Texas and they were just finishing our floors as we walked in.
