He was also flexible and understanding when the expected close date got pushed back a couple weeks. He was quick to respond, gave recommendations on the type of flooring that would best fit my needs (waterproof, scratch-proof), and just so easy to work with. His team came in and took extra care during the demo to minimize the amount of dust coming up from the tile. They were polite, professional, detailed, and so dang efficient! Once the materials and estimate were finalized, the job was scheduled and wrapped up in only a couple weeks, and the process was seamless! Called early December for quote for flooring. Chris came out, brought no samples, even tho he had asked some specific products I was interested in. He took all measurements. I told him this flooring had to be done by the week after Christmas and we were moving in to this house on dec 30. He Got my email Address. And said he would email quote in a day or so. Never heard from him. January 8 I messaged him and asked what happened to my quote and he said "I sent it a few days ago"! We had laminate flooring all throughout our one story home. We also have 3 golden retrievers. Laminate flooring looks nice for about 10 minutes on cleaning day. Then, footprints and every tumbleweed of fur is noticeable again. Not just that, the flooring was separating in the kitchen where water had spilled from the sink and was just generally beginning to be work. So, we went with travertine tile after chatting with Chris and we are so glad we took his expert advice. His crew came in and were respectful and hard working. They were with us for 5 days as it was a whole house job. The worked around all our furniture and kept us up to date each day of the progression. I wish I could give Chris and his crew 10 stars . I called him up last minute and asked if he could start demo on my hardwood flooring and carpet because other flooring guy I was about to hire sounded "flaky " at best. I wanted Freedom floors to demo and install all new wood laminate throughout most of my house. He came on a Friday to do estimate. I told Chris I needed him to start that Monday.
