Thankfully, our daughter, who happens to be a FIDM graduate, accompanied us on this outing and was a huge help in narrowing down our choices. She has a superb design eye and worked well with the Emser rep. The staff was very friendly and we had the good fortune of having Krista help us. First, we tackled the kitchen design. We opted for shaker cabinets in a blue/gray color, quartz countertops, porcelain wood look flooring, and a geometric grayish backsplash that looked like jewelry. Next, we selected finishes for the bathroom with the same shaker cabinets and flooring but different backsplash. We were extremely pleased with the entire transaction and the experience. We've used three different tile/granite co's in the past and were very disappointed with demo, tile work and poor cleanup, and housekeeping. We immediately liked Moudy and read reviews on Google and Yelp. It was quick for scheduling maybe a week or so lead time. We were only going to do one bathroom countertop at a time, but Moudy pointed out we would use and waste half a slab. The demo team was so gentle in dismantling our countertops. They papered off the cabinet facing and the mirror frame. They made a great effort to be clean and gentle, and always nice and tidy at the end of the dau. We've had some very rough demos in the past where they knocked giant holes in the drywall. The result was that we had to replace all the drywall where they removed tile. With Giza, we didn't have to repair any drywall. As it turns out, the demo team is the installer as well. They were such nice guys. They asked questions on my preferences for things such as caulking, etc. Very, very nice job. They even did the first sealing for me. I highly recommend Giza and will only call them for my future work.

First, our rep Robert came to our house with tons of options and suggestions. He was able to give us a wide variety and help us select something that uniquely fit our style and budget. He was easy to get a hold of and responded quickly with any questions we had. When we came to the showroom, Robert dopped everything to lead us through the selection process. We could tell he was highly knowledgeable and much more intent on making us happy rather than upselling us on unnecessary products. When instillation day came our installers, Miguel and Israel, were also very professional and highly knowledgeable and skilled. Rarely have I seen harder workers than these two! Their attention to detail--such as lining up the carpet pattern on the stairs and making sure the cut pattern on the risers were balanced--was impressive. The entire job, including moving large furniture, was completed in two days. We couldn't be more pleased! We highly recommend this team for high quality products, professional treatment and advice, and an impressive installation experience.

Bob remodeled our master bath and was very patient with our design changes, questions, and concerns. His wife, Jennifer, was also very patient and responded to our emails and texts quickly. Bob did all the tile work and plumbing, replacing our shower, installing the freestanding tub, installing all the fixtures for the shower, tub, sink faucets, toilet and light fixtures. While we selected and purchased everything separetly, Bob gave us direction and guidance with our selections which was very helpful. Both Bob and Jennifer helped us coordinate with Arizona Tile and Direct Shower Doors on our tile purchase and glass install. He finished the project within the estimated time frame he provided. He was always on time, cleaned up his work area everyday, and we never felt pressure to do more that what we asked him to do. His attention to detail was evident in his work.
