The company came out to seal my granite counter tops in my new construction home that had already been stained from water. He wore shoe covers upon entering without me requesting it. Explained the whole process, gave me a quote right then and there. Also performed work same day at a fair price and did an exceptional job. He was able to remove the water stains to my surprise. Who knew you could be happy about grout? Our kitchen and bathrooms look great. We had the white tile countertops in our 1988 home done, so we could freshen up the look without having to do a complete remodel. The bathroom sinks and shower also have tile. It feels so much cleaner in the house now that the tile is properly grouted and sealed. Part of the five stars was earned because we did have a problem, but they handled it to our satisfaction. We had the GroutSmith work on our floor yesterday and can not believe the results! The floors look better than the day they were installed. We have 20" white porcelain tile with what was originally white grout. Well with all the building in our part of town, our drooling bulldog and day to day foot traffic the grout was pretty dark. We had estimates for cleaning and resealing it ( $450 - $550) and no guarantee of how long it would last. Grant Goka from The GroutSmith came out to give us an estimate and did a demo square of grout in front of the stove ( one of the toughest spots to keep clean). We were very impressed with the product. It's a sealer but it comes in different colors so they can match your grout. The price was comparable to cleaning/sealing ( less than some bids we received) and Grant said we should enjoy the results for a number of years. The demo square by the stove still looked fresh a month later when they returned to do the floors. They arrived on time, took care of our walls, cabinets and carpet, completely cleaned the floors and completed the work in a very timely manner. My master bath floor looks better than new! This house is only two years old but the grout in the master bath tile floor never looked white like it was supposed to. Grant came out and assessed what would be need to be done to get it to match the wall tile (wall and floor tile are the same) with the wall tile having bright white grout. He gave me an estimate with a range of prices based on the work that may need to be done. He and his assistant worked for 5 hours and the results are amazing! DON'T use them111 THey are scams. I live in the area and called to get solid marble (engineered marble) countertops and showers cleaned, polished, sealed. I got an estimate and quickest they could do was almost 5 weeks out. I asked them twice for references on this type of job. They were unable to produce any and were stumped at the idea of getting some references. I continued pressing for them and 2 days before our appointment they cancelled and admitted they did NOT have anybody qualified and experienced to do the work. We had waited a long time for this appointment and excited to get the work done and only 2.5 year old surfaces to look new again then to get the bombshell dropped just days before the appointment was a very Unprofessional example of poor service, ethics and wrongful misleading of work they could never do. read more

I moved into a house with a COMPLETELY FILTHY shower that was impossible to clean. The previous owners had actually painted over the tile and grout and caulked over the mold and mildew to make it LOOK like it was clean.
