I was looking for a quick response to come clean the carpets in our rental property to get it back on the market and I discovered this company online. I received a very quick response and was able to schedule the same week. They were very accommodating and I sent them in without us being home. They were respectful of our home and did a great job. I will definitely use them in the future and they had fair pricing making it a perfect experience. read more

Had a wonderful experience with Aery Carpet & Tile Cleaning today. I had a short notice request, but Chris was able to accommodate us with a date. Their driver had earlier availability in the day, so they asked if they could arrive a bit earlier, which suited me fine. I had 4 rooms, the landing and stairs...as well as my dusty old couch cushions that needed to be freshened up. Bradley was the tech, and he worked hard and did excellent work. He was professional, thorough and did quality work. Rate was great, my carpets are clean and smelling fresh. Found my new carpet company! read more

Good service. Will use again. Service requested was for tile cleaning. Very reasonable price.

Quickly responding and answering my questions that I'm asking They seem very friendly read more

Bradley with Aery Carpet Cleaning did a great job on our carpet. He showed up on time and did a thorough job. No issues. The solution they use has a pleasant odor and not overpowering. After the carpet fully dried, it is not "crusty" at all. Good as new, fairly priced, and very satisfied overall. I will contact them again when needed. read more

Unfortunately I'm super disappointed with this company and I suggest you look elsewhere for service! First, booking with the company was interesting. You have to go through WhatsApp and whoever you talk to is very short with their answers and could use a lesson on good customer service and how to talk to people. I booked for the 2pm slot since I worked night shift. The son showed up here at 8am and when I asked him why he stated that he "had multiple jobs today and if he doesn't do it now I will have to reschedule." I then contacted the number for the company and the owner literally wrote "I had you down for the 8-9am slot and never changed anything" basically telling me that I was in the wrong. I sent him back the screenshot of our conversation (that was still in the chat that he could see) and he wrote back "my apologies". He did discount my stairs to make up for it so I figured I could look past this and just let him get it done. The son then proceeded to sit on his phone watching a tv show which in turn I watched him literally half-a** the entire couch leaving stains! The back support and the ottoman are still very visibly dirty and a completely different color than the couch. Not to mention there is water ALL over the floor everywhere! I'm so disappointed and will never ever use this company again! Don't waste your money! read more

Chris was prompt, thorough, knowledgeable, and did an amazing job cleaning our floors (both carpet and vinyl surfaces). I tried cleaning a couple spots myself, but made it worse. He was able to correct my mistake and remove years of grime and buildup on some heavy traffic areas. I found him to be affordable too. Will definitely be calling him again in the future. read more

Arrived on time, very friendly, did a great job, and the price was better than other companies. I would definitely hire again!"

Chris did a fantastic job. I have had my floors cleaned prior and not satisfied at all thinking my floors must just be stained. Chris came sometime later and showed me the real color of my grout! I will be recommending him to my neighbors. read more

Tech was right on time and very personable. I had requested 2 bedroom rugs to be cleaned. I asked how long for drying, since my Mother is disabled, and uses a walker, he told me 3 hours. He was quick and the rugs looked great. My only issue was my rugs were not dry for 12 hours making bedtime very difficult. read more

Chris did a wonderful job cleaning a couch, chair and area rug! 5 stars for sure! I highly recommend Aery Tile and Carpet Cleaning!!!

Absolutely great experience with Aery Tile & Carpet Cleaning. They were professional, on time, and very thorough. My carpets look almost brand new again! Way cleaner than I expected. You can tell they take pride in their work and pay attention to detail. Pricing was fair for the quality of service, and they made the whole process easy from start to finish. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing carpet or tile cleaning. read more

I unfortunately was not able to be there for the cleaning but my husband was. He said the young man who came was professional and polite. We asked last minute if he can also do our couch. I was very happy when I got home with a great job he had done. We will definitely use this company again. read more

Prompt reply and great service at a fair price for cleaning and deodorizing my sofa and love seat. Highly recommended!

I had high hopes for this business, which has excellent reviews on Yelp and in a community Facebook group. However, our carpet looks nothing like the after pictures in this profile. In fact, it looks as if it was just cleaned with water and no cleaning component. There are no professional lines like in the pictures. I feel like I wasted my money. The owner sent a young man to complete the job. From what I've read in posts, he may be the owner's son. He was friendly but never gave me his name, although he wore a company logo shirt. Our carpet wasn't dirty except for a spot I hoped could be removed from our barn door that slid across the carpet. That spot looked the same as it did before he started. I asked him why the spot appeared to have not improved, and he said, "I don't know." When I asked if he had any recommendations for other treatments I could use to remove it, he just said, "No." He didn't provide any aftercare instructions about the carpet. He simply told me he didn't recommend staying up all night and went on and on about how tired he was. He also told me he had a Red Bull and that it was helping. He mentioned that we were his last stop, and I told him that I hoped he felt better and to get some rest. I thought the carpet would look better once it dried, but it didn't. I'm very dissatisfied and will pay for the carpet cleaning company I used in San Diego to come up here next time. We feel like the reviews for this company are misleading. I forgot to take "before" pictures, so I included some after shots, which look no different from what they were before. read more

Been working with Chris for several years. He's extremely profession, always extremely easy and a pleasure to work with and he works hard to offer very competitive rates. He is understanding of questions and concerns we sometimes have and is very quick and flexible to accommodate. Most imposes great work. Couldn't recommend him more. read more

Great job! Reliable, on time and great service. Carpets look really good. I would definitely recommend this service

Chris was able to provide me a quote and was super flexible when I had to reschedule due to a delay in escrow. He was able to fit me in quickly same week for carpet and tile ! He did a great job and was able to leave it all looking brand new. He doesn't always respond quickly via text but that's because he's working hard and fast doing the jobs but if you call him he does answer immediately ! Which was not a problem for me at all. He got a 4000 sq foot house done in a few hours and left it looking great thanks Chris. read more

Extremely happy with Chris Aery Tile & Carpet Cleaning. I have gotten 4 quotes from other companies and they were all at least $100-200 more than Chris's quote. I'm glad I picked them. Not only their price is excellent, they arrived 10 min early and got the job done perfectly. I was a little hesitant at first because of their cheap price. I was afraid that he will increase the price once he arrives but he didn't. He charged me exactly what he quoted me on Yelp. I was also afraid that it will be a mess having my carpet cleaned on a rainy day but not at all. Chris and his son wore shoe covers and he wiped down my entrance before leaving. Highly recommend him. read more

I would highly recommend using this business for carpet/upholstery cleaning. Chris is extremely fair with his pricing, very reliable and super efficient. He showed up a few days after reaching out and cleaned one arm chair and 5 dining chairs within 45 minutes. I very much appreciated the fact that he showed up when he said he was! His pricing could honestly not be better. I reached out to a handful of businesses in the area and they were all just too expensive. Chris is very nice and very professional and I will reach out again for future needs. Thank you! read more

Chris was able to clean my new home's tile and carpet exactly when I needed it done, and he not only did a fabulous job on both, but he gave me tips on keeping it clean and fixing a few issues. He also gave us a veteran's discount due to my husband's service in the Navy, which we really appreciated. I highly recommend his company! read more

Just my experience, disappointing because all of the great revues did influence my decision. After my carpet was cleaned it took almost 8 hours to dry. I was told it was a "quick dry system," and would be dry in 2-3 hours. I was very careful not to walk on it but needed to get around a few times. I wore thick clean white socks while walking on this just cleaned carpet. When I removed the socks, the bottoms were dirty. When the carpet finally dried it felt stiff...not soft like being clean. The carpet wasn't that dirty to begin with. The entire day all the things I removed from 3 rooms to clear the way were shoved into bathroom, and the kitchen where I sat waiting for this carpet to dry. It was 82 outside, sunny, breezy, windows and doors open, ceiling fans on. It was getting dark and colder and I was tired now needing to put everything back. Owner offered to come back but said he was leaving for another trip. Thinking to myself I felt like I paid a lot for 3 rooms expecting great results...do I want to go through that again? read more
