I was on a bit of a time crunch and needed my carpets cleaned thoroughly due to some staining from previous residents. Matt quickly gave me a quote and was able to squeeze me in a few days later (on a Saturday afternoon mind you!) When Matt arrived and did a walkthrough, he quickly put my mind at ease with some of the stains that I was worried about. There was one stain that he knew wouldn't come out with just a standard cleaning, but he gave me some tricks to try and was really helpful in explaining things so I understood everything. He then quickly got to work on the carpet. Matt wrapped up in a few hours and did such an amazing job!! The carpet looks like new know and he got the rest of the stains out! I even followed his suggestions for the other stain and it came out! I have dealt with other carpet care companies before but I have never had this amount of satisfaction than with 3B's Carpet Care. Matt clearly really cares about his customers, their homes, and his craft. It really shows! I'll be going to 3B's Carpet Care for all future needs! Thank you again! read more

Matt was so great! He immediately responded to what definitely felt like an "emergency" circumstance same day and kept us calm through it. Such incredible pride in the work he does, you can tell how much he cares about the end result. Also just so very personable and easy to work with, the communication on arrival times was incredibly accurate and he even offered to come early since he could! I also felt his pricing was incredibly fair. He was very honest and upfront with what he could or couldn't do to address our situation. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again! read more

Our white carpeting was only a year old, but got trashed after the workers doing our windows and doors replacement project failed to put any tarps down. We hadn't cleaned the carpets before, so I relied on Yelp and Google reviews to find someone. The 5 stars for 3B's Carpet Care was spot on. They were fantastic from the moment I reached out to the end result. Responded immediately to my request, showed up exactly on time, explained the entire process before starting, and most importantly my carpets look brand new again! Reasonable prices as well. I'm absolutely thrilled with the results! read more

We're so pleased with our first experience with 3B's! Matt responded very quickly, and came the next day to clean 2 chairs and 3 area rugs, including one large one that's over 30 years old, and hadn't been cleaned in over a year. I pointed out the problem parts of the rug, and he worked diligently to get it in good shape, and it looks great. Matt is very pleasant and personable, which is always a blessing. The rugs and upholstery were dry in about an hour as well, and had absolutely no weird chemical odor left behind. We expected the cost to be much more...pleasantly surprised at the bill. I don't know what more one could want from a carpet cleaning company! We highly recommend 3B's Carpet Cleaning! read more

Outstanding service, quick response, and a great price. We needed emergency service due to an accident that required cleanup. Matt was there right on time and performed a miraculous cleanup that took only an hour. We appreciated the courtesy and speed of Matt's response and will be hiring him later this month to clean the rest of the house. read more

The guy I was messaging with insisted I call on the phone any refused to answer my questions through Yelp's message system. When I called he was curt and somewhat rude as well as the highest price of all the general estimates so I passed on using this company. There's no way I would do business with someone who treats other people that way. Edit 8/25/22 - As a response to John B's response to my initial review, I'm sorry you have no record of me calling. I've attached a screenshot of my call history clearly showing I did call you on August 13th and the call lasted a little over 2 minutes. Unfortunately, I do not remember the gentleman's name. read more

Matt was great He was professional, responsive and showed up on time. Carpets turned out great. Will use him again next time.

Great work , was quick and even got rid of tough stains from my couch and carpet ... would give 30 stars if possible.

Great service as always. We'd been left with a wet dog smell after tenants moved out of our house. They had used another carpet cleaning company , but dog hair had not been vacuumed up first so it was mashed into the carpets. Matt does a professional and thorough cleaning of carpets. He vacuumed up the dog hair and did a great job. read more

Prompt response and was only company to ask for photos to give a quote prior to coming out. Requested to have a large section, 3 seater sofa and 2 rocking chairs cleaned. I had an amazing experience with Matt. He was incredibly thorough, walking me through every step of the cleaning process, and made sure I understood everything. He was highly communicative and very helpful throughout the entire service. When my carpet developed another stain after the initial cleaning, I called him back, and he was very knowledgeable on how to remove stains and gave me suggestions before coming back out again.. Not only did he take care of the stain, but he also gave me a discount for the additional service. Matt truly went above and beyond, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of carpet cleaning--he's the best! read more
