Tom took my call on a Wednesday and gave me on the spot pricing. Offered next day service but since that didn't work with my schedule, he came and cleaned my carpets on that Friday. I didn't see it until today because I wanted to give it enough time to dry but let me tell you he did a phenomenal job! We had 2 properties that needed work, specifically with tile/grout and carpet. We recently used Healthy Home Services to clean our rental that we were moving out of, and I can't say enough good things about this business. Not only was the cleaning exceptional, but Tom was very easy to work with and kept me up to date on the exact time that the ladies would be there to do the cleaning and when he would be there to do the carpet cleaning. We had some soap scum buildup and general ickiness in our shower, and it looked brand new when they were finished with it. The kitchen counters were older white tile with dirty grout, and those ended up coming out looking like new also! Basically, everything was spic and span and at a great price too. I contacted this company to come out and clean my dryer vent, after an appliance repairman informed me of the dangers of a fire being caused by not removing the lint in the vent. The gentleman I spoke with, I believe his name is Tom, agreed to come out that same afternoon. He arrived on time and after looking at our laundry room he informed me that his services really weren't necessary since it was something that I could do myself, simply by using a broom and brushing the lint off. I was so impressed with his honesty! I offered to pay him for the time he took to come out, but he said it wasn't necessary. On his way out, I asked him about their grout cleaning services and he measured the sq footage of the area to be cleaned. He then gave me a written quote, which I must say, was very reasonable considering the other estimates I have been given. He was friendly and profesional, but more importantly, honest, which I really appreciate. When the time comes to have my flooring cleaned, I will be contacting them again! read more

I had an unusual request to coordinate a deep cleaning for my parents home (full cleaning, carpets, windows, etc) in Murrieta while I am staying in Singapore. Tom was very responsive and scheduled a convenient time for my parents to look at the house, then sent me the estimate and scheduled the cleaning again when convenient for my parents.
