Honest review from start to finish. My wife found these guys online. They started off great, beating everyone else's prices. The more jobs we added on the prices went up. To remove a desk that had 4 screws to the wall he wanted to charge $100 i did it myself... Tonys professionalism was horrible, he said he'd be by to work on our new home and never showed up. They were always late and wouldn't communicate with us. He doesn't take peoples plans or time into consideration. Their work was super sloppy, the guy who removed our wallpaper had no idea what he was doing, we had to give him the correct tools to get the job done, the drywall texture was all over the place, they didn't cover everything, it was left a mess. I had to contact the owner and tell him this was unacceptable.. one of the workers took a dump in our toilet and left a horrible mess.. they moved our brand new $4k washer/dryer combo to place cabinets and scratched the top, and messed up one of the legs. We had to hunt tony down for our garage door opener he borrowed to access our home, he ignored us and came when he wanted to. We won't be using this company anymore, and I suggest others don't waste their time w an unprofessional handyman... Update: after asking them if they can clean up their mess they did clean some things up, there was no way they could clean all the dust in the garage. They cleaned the toilet after I complained. They did mud/ texture the walls, but regardless, they should have someone who knows how to remove wallpaper.. So I started by requesting a quote online using Yelp's referral service for carpet cleaning detailing exactly what I needed done so all companies had the same exact information. Other competitors responded that hallway, stairs and pet stain were additional cost exceeding my budget. Other quotes were insanely high off the bat and their response was that lower quotes would most certainly nickel & dime me upon arrival and the quote would most definitely change. (Spoiler: It didn't!) MVP's quote came within budget and I received confirmation that their quote included pre vacuum, pre treatment, steam cleaning, deodorizer and sanitizer. Perfect!
