Months later, I became very sick and couldn't shake the feeling that something in the home was contributing to it. Out of desperation, we called Bud and he showed up the same day. He immediately confirmed an additional leak we didn't even know about, and found 100% moisture in the walls of my bedroom. The relief I felt finally getting answers was indescribable. That confirmation meant everything. When we had to leave that rental in an emergency and move into a new place, Bud came out again that very day to check the new home. He alleviated my fears and verified that the house was clean. Mold illness is real absolutely real and it can completely change your life. On the day of our final walk-thru, a leak in the kitchen was found. Our realtor scrammed to contact the seller's realtor to get this address asap. The sellers opened a claim with their insurance and ServePro was hired to complete the repairs. Little did we know the extent of the damages - we were told approx 2 weeks, but it actually took well over 12 weeks. Supervisor Kevin was unresponsive and repeatedly ordered incorrect cabinet sizes. He was big on not writing down measurements. Our home was in disarray for months. We were extremely happy to finally be able to use the kitchen in February 2021. The floor in the pictures/video is a little over 1 year old. It's lifting in multiple areas, mainly in the kitchen. I've reached out multiple times to ServePro directly and the office person simply says, well - I've contacted Kevin, he should be calling you back. I've also reached out to Kevin multiple times, but he refuses to follow up as promised or even respond to text messages. I'm definitely not trying to get anything for free here. It would be nice if Servepro could step in to see why this would happen after 1 year and provide some guidance and or options for a fix. Regardless, the floor shouldn't be doing this after only 1 year. My advice - stay away from using ServoPro Lake Elsinore if you expect quality, communication, and respect.
