First of all Izzy is the nicest guy you'll meet. He was responsive and understood the situation. I had a crack on my ceiling that ran about 10 feet. The problem is I have 20 foot ceilings that is hard to reach due to a winding staircase right underneath it! Scaffolding needed to be set up and while it was complicated Izzy managed to set it up.
