I had someone else come out three years ago and do the same project that now I needed to have done over again because the prior work turned out to be of poor quality. I am embarrassed to write that I gave that worker a five star review - so perhaps I can't be trusted. This time, we took an active roll in how it should be done. He answered all my questions. Professional and friendly. Blake and his assistant explained what needed to be done once our old tv and mount were taken down. The new mount, the stud placement and where the outlet fell for the new tv created a bit of a hiccup but Blake and assistant were quick to come to a solution and had everything done in under an hour. Highlight of Move: I own a brand new $1500 Tornado Tournament Foosball table. The thing is massive because the rods stick out several feet and it weighs a ton. I also lived on the 3rd floor with no elevator. This foosball table is actually the reason why I hired movers in the first place. I truly believe this thing could have killed me if I attempted to move it myself (even with help from a friend). I was absolutely blown away by how effortlessly and easily the movers handled that thing. Called Blake on Wednesday to see if he could fit us in to move Friday or Saturday. He responded quickly, came out and gave us a fair quote and scheduled us for Saturday morning. On Saturday he and his helper came...they were fast, efficient, and very careful to not bang furniture or walls. They moved a piano up the stairs.....AMAZING!!! I am super disappointed with this company. I scheduled with Blake just because of his cheaper prices in the area but I regret it. He messaged me ONE hour before he was suppose to meet me at my unit. He had claimed that he had just woke up and had a family emergency. This was at 8:28am and he was suppose to be to me at 9:30. I don't know anyone who "wakes up" just one hour before they have a job.
