I used Jeremy for some stuff they did great. Referred him to my dad, him and his son did most the work, my dad paid them everything. But they did not complete the job. They owed my dad a tv mount and also to program 2 remotes. We tried calling several times no response. They ended up blocking our phones numbers and never heard from them again. I would not recommend him. Use geek squad for everything it's way worth it and they can do everything and it's covered. My dad had to use them and got everything done for a great price. We try to help family businesses but it doesn't always work out. Also don't pay people up front it's not worth it. Don't care how nice they seem to be. read more

I called a bunch of other places who wanted to charge a lot to mount a tv. Jeremy was very friendly and was the most reasonably-priced. I hired him to hang a 75-inch tv and a 55inch tv. I purchased my own mounts and although they were not ideal for the amount of spacing of our studs, he was able to make it work for the 55inch tv. He came back the next day with the correct mount that he then used for our 75inch. By the way, do yourself a favor and order a Sanus Mount online... Best Buy will overcharge you. We hired Elevated A/V to pull wires through the wall for a wall mounted TV and to mount Ring floodlight cameras. Jeremy and team helped setup Ring on our phones and got the job done very fast for a very good price. The plates, wiring, and mounting job were all done cleanly. We replaced the backdoor floodlight with the Ring floodlight and to prevent someone from turning the device off with the light switch, they replaced the switch and put up a blank gang plate. He also identified we needed a wifi extender for one of the cameras. Working with Jeremy from beginning to end was pleasant. He's got a lot of great ideas on how to make things work better. Was in need of someone to mount a 65" TV on the wall so I searched Yelp to ask for quote from those in the area. Elevated Audio Video (this business) responded in literally less than 10 minutes with a general quote. From there, we talked on the phone so I could describe more details about the type of work needed (do wires need to be hidden, do we already have a wall mount, an outside or inside job etc.). Jeremy from Elevated Audio Video was very helpful and understanding over the phone, also very patient while I put the phone down to check on specific details of the job. After feeling confident with the high level of professionalism Jeremy provided over the phone, we set up an appointment to come out and the following day. The mounting of the TV on the wall was quick (about under an hour) and after just a few adjustments to make the TV straight, everything came out great. I would highly encourage those who are looking for a great price on wall mounting and of course--- a professional job done (these two traits are vital), to contact Elevated Audio Visual for a quote. I was also very pleased that I was able to get an appointment that quick (next day service) since many spots make you book weeks or months from the time you need something done. Jeremy provided great service, would highly recommend for your installation needs. Normally I am a DIY guy but my wife and I decided to upgrade our 60 inch to 75 inch tv and we wanted a professional to make sure I didn't damage the wall or break the TV in the process. We wanted to mount the TV in the same place, above the fireplace. This can be tricky for many reasons but Jeremy knew exactly what he was doing. Also our original mount was a single bar sliding bracket. Jeremy let me know it probably wasn't meant for 75 inch, and after looking up the mount he was right the mount only supported up to 65 inches. Jeremy got me a very nice forward tilt mount at a good price that supported the 75 inch and up. Jeremy came by the next morning and installed the 75 inch with ease. He also moved my 60 inch and mounted to the bedroom wall and also moved the bedroom 50 inch to the guest room. Very professional and quality installation. I sent out messages on yelp to local companies to install and hang a TV. Jeremy responded in less than a few minutes. I asked for his pricing on mounting a 42in TV and he quoted me a great price. Jeremy and his wife arrived right on time the next day and immediately got to work. We kind of sprung it on them and asked if they could mount 2 additional TV's in other rooms of the house. And they had no problem with adding the 2 TV's to their day. He only had one mount left for a soundbar and told us he had more being delivered later in the day. Said he would be back the next day to mount the soundbar as well. But as luck would have it he got his shipment and returned 30 minutes later to install the additional soundbar. All in all Jeremy was here for a little under an hour and mounted 3 TV's and 2 soundbars. The TVs and Soundbars look great and he put them exactly where we wanted them. Such a professional and we will be hiring them again in the future for any additional work. Don't check any other companies in the area. Take my advice and go with Elevated you will not be sorry. I was so nice to hear that someone could come out the same day to mount my TV!! I called them at 3PM the Saturday before Christmas and he was at my house by 3:30PM! Jeremy and his wife showed up, were so professional and friendly. Took care of everything in under an hour, vacuumed, wiped the TV to make sure there weren't any fingerprints, and made sure everything was centered and secure.
