William and team with OnTime Solutions did an awesome job installing 3 cameras and a PoE doorbell, all Ubiquiti UniFi equipment. The workmanship was excellent. All of the wiring was carefully calculated, precise, and concealed, which made for a really clean installation. William and his team were professional throughout the entire process and clearly took pride in doing things the right way. As someone with OCD who is extremely particular about how things are done and how the finished product looks, I can confidently say they met my expectations. I had William and Eduardo install a surveillance system for my home. These guys with this company did not disappoint, not at all. William presented an estimate for a very very clean installation through the attic, roofline, walls, etc. that was aesthetically pleasing and very professionally installed. I have had other individuals and companies install home security surveillance systems before on previous houses but this installation process was by far the most professional, cleanest, and impressive install I have seen in comparison to the other ones. Once the job was completed William informed me of there is any questions or issues with the installation or operating the system to just reach out, What a Guy!!!! If you are going to do a home surveillance installation this is the company to call to take care of your security needs. Professional, knowledgeable, on time, and some of the cleanest installation of equipment I have ever seen. No exposed wiring and blends in with the home. Great work by these two pros!!!! read more

Did a lot of research to find top rated installer of security cameras. ON TIME SOLUTIONS are who you want to do business with. I needed upgrade from a functional Arlo system. Tired of charging batteries all the time, needed much better clarity, set and forget type system, hardwired, and absolutely no subscription. ON TIME SOLUTIONS did entire install in just over half a day for 8 camera system with one motorized camera. William consulted and advised with me best coverage of each camera. Very clean, hardly noticeable installation. The night vision capability is phenomenal. Still learning how to navigate new system, really like it. We purchased a home with an existing security system that the prior owners left no information on how to use or gain access to, we thought we had some wall decorations at that point until we called On Time and spoke to William. He came out quickly and got us all set up using the existing equipment, no upsells or pushy attempts to get us to replace everything! He even moved one of the cameras to a more optimal angle and improved the wireless connection for some of the home. Very good communication, friendly, informative, and cleans up immaculately in areas he works (no drywall or scraps left on floor). Will be using them at our other properties and for all future needs on the home technology front! read more

William is a true business man. I was interested in a home CCTV NVR security system. He helped me choose the right one for me (6 camera system w/2 TB NVR) that was perfect for my project. He guided me through the process, gave me a fair quote, and informed me of the specifics of the job. When he and Diego arrived they were promptly on time, very professional, and reviewed the location of each camera, what they can/will do, how to operate them and where the wires and NVR can/should go. They quoted me a 6-8 hour completion window but were finished in about 5 hours with no issues. My wifi system did not reach the NVR and William gave me a temporary fix until the mesh wifi router system he recommended arrived from amazon. My system runs flawlessly and he even answered my questions via text and phone call after the job was complete. I recommend On Time Solutions for any security system needs as they are one of the few truly good companies out there. I will only do business with On Time from here on out. read more

From the start William was amazing to work with. I am very tech savvy and knew exactly what I wanted. William took the time to cover some different types of cameras and within a few days conducted a site survey to verify everything. Once we agreed upon the type of cameras and the final quote I felt like I was entering into business with a friend. I even called him two days before and requested additional CAT6a drops that were unrelated to the camera installation. William said "no problem" and agreed to do the last minute work without hesitation. Overall everything turned out as expected and everything worked great. He was truly wonderful to work with and I will gladly work with him again. Do not hesitate to contact him about camera installation, I promise you will not be disappointed. read more

I called William while shopping around for a new security camera installation. During this call he was very thorough and helpful. He was able to provide us with an accurate quote using Google Maps to determine our needs. He understood the sudden need for cameras and promptly scheduled our installation. When he arrived, he walked through the perimeter of our home to ensure the best coverage and included us in the decision making process. His crew was very efficient and polite. They took the time with each camera install to ensure it was perfectly mounted. They also cleaned up their workspace and left no trace of dust or debris. Additionally, William stayed back to walk us through the use of our new equipment. They even followed up with a phone call after the installation to ensure we were able to navigate the new system. Everything has been working perfectly and the cameras have already come in handy. Their system is much better than the FrontPoint cameras we were relying on previously. read more

What a great experience! We needed a tv install and new cables ran. William was EXCELLENT! We had several questions prior to install and scheduling. He always called us back and worked with our schedule. And then when he came, just a super nice guy. Prompt, professional, courteous of our home and our items. He had to move our previous tv mount which is on a custom built-in shelf, and did a great clean job with the new position. William was so easy to work with, we will definitely be calling him back to install cameras around the house. read more
