William is a true business man. I was interested in a home CCTV NVR security system. He helped me choose the right one for me (6 camera system w/2 TB NVR) that was perfect for my project. He guided me through the process, gave me a fair quote, and informed me of the specifics of the job. When he and Diego arrived they were promptly on time, very professional, and reviewed the location of each camera, what they can/will do, how to operate them and where the wires and NVR can/should go. They quoted me a 6-8 hour completion window but were finished in about 5 hours with no issues. My wifi system did not reach the NVR and William gave me a temporary fix until the mesh wifi router system he recommended arrived from amazon. My system runs flawlessly and he even answered my questions via text and phone call after the job was complete.
