I called Pat and He answered right away. He wasn't worried about making money he cared more about taking care of my problem. He tried to help me over the phone and he would've done that but I told him it was better if he come by. Because we might need some more equipment and I wanted to get a little class from him to show me and my wife how to work our music system. He's very knowledgeable and had a solution right away! The first guy that installed the system was using the wrong wires and the receiver was heating up it could've caused a fire. Pat's suggestion is he's coming out Monday and he's going to bring a amp, take care of the overheating and create a real easy solution. By a Sonos system so both me and my wife can control the music on our phones. It's very hard to find somebody that doesn't worry about money as much as taking care of your problems. No we do not recommend MVP company. I am currently looking for another company to do rework this company didn't complete correctly. Furthermore, the owner is blaming us for the wires dropping and exposing again. We never touched that TV. This was part of the work they were supposed to complete approximately 2 plus months ago. I have pictures from 2024 and 2025. First picture is 2024. Second is wires dropping again after MVP was supposed to secure and/or eliminate so they were never secured. Now the guy wants more money for work that wasn't completed correctly. I will be posting additional reviews on google because I feel like I was ripped off. read more
