Sean came in and mounted 2 TVs neatly and efficiently. One was brand new out the box and he helped set it up. The TVs look great, they're level and spaced on the wall perfectly. Established in 2019.

Precise TV mounting came to be, as a direct result from customer demand. Over 25 years ago, I worked for the cable and telephone company. Almost daily I was getting asked by customers if I could mount their tv for them. One day I woke up and realized that there was a demand for tv mounting, and this was a skill that I needed to learn. So I went to work on the weekend with a company that did home theaters. This is where I honed my skills. Fast forward to present day ... now I am able to combine my knowledge and experience from the cable company, telephone company, and the home theater company to bring my customers the best installation experience possible.

I'm a people person at heart, I also have a technical background in telecommunications . The pairing of the two created Precise TV Mounting.

Instead, he replaced two breakers that genuinely needed replacement at no charge. I really respect a company that stands behind its work and makes the effort to address a customer's concerns. While I still believe the pricing options should have been explained upfront, I also believe it's important to recognize excellent customer service when a business takes responsibility and follows through. He had a good number of positive reviews on both Yelp and Google, and his quote was reasonable. He was very responsive to my questions (I had quite a few). A big plus for me is that he uses well-regarded mounting hardware, and was available within days. This is Carols Husband not Carol: I requested delivery and set up from Costco and when they showed up today, they said they don't do installations. So, after requesting my Install money back I went on Yelp and found Precise TV Mounting. Sean said he could do it today, just needed someone for the lift. He called or texted me twice to inform me of his progress in getting here and was right on time. Great gent, had it hung, leveled and wired very quickly and cleanly!
