His communication was great and on point. Robert was a little late to install but communicated with me beforehand to update his new ETA. When he came by w/ his co-workers, they came ready to work. He talked to me about where it was going to be mounted, recommended items for the TVs (be ready with the 12 ft. HDMI cables) and even cleaned up to make the entertainment center look presentable. He even gave me a $10 discount for being an essential worker. Robert accepted Zelle or Venmo so payment was fast and easy. I appreciate Robert & the Satellite Bros. for their great work. HIGHLY recommended!

These guys know their stuff. I installed a digital antenna so i can get local channels and couldnt get it to work. The prevoius owners had changed the coax around in the walls that prevented me form connecting. In less tha 30 minutes Satellite Bros diagnosed and connected me and now I have 41 local channels with perfect reception. read more

I had them come over and install an hdtv outdoor antenna that I bought myself. The clear line of sight required it to be installed by on the 3rd floor roof of my townhome. He was able to attach it and point it in the right direction so that I could get all the basic channels. This along w Apple TV is all I need for my viewing needs. Good bye Directtv. read more

By a Sonos system so both me and my wife can control the music on our phones. It's very hard to find somebody that doesn't worry about money as much as taking care of your problems. Affordable prices and he sat down with me for a while to make sure I got what he was saying he's Just a great guy. I highly recommend him, I'm an electrical contractor and I need an audio video low-voltage guy. He is gonna be my connection for people that need those services. These guys are the best! Robert, Jesse, and Erick installed a 75" TV in our living room above a large floating shelf. They also mounted a 55" TV in our bedroom. Both jobs were completed perfectly. They explained what they were doing and what their next steps were along the way. After making their measurements, they would check with us each time to make sure we liked the spacing before they installed anything. They made sure everything was perfect and that we were 100% happy before calling it a day. All three men were also very friendly, polite, and considerate of us and our two small children. Awesome! I asked a Facebook group for recommendations for tv mounting and Robert responded. Talking (messaging) him was cool because he's easy going but professional! I scheduled the installation with him and gave him my husbands contact info for any confirmations or directions etc. I forgot I did that and figured, like others, he flaked on me. WRONG!!! Walked in the door from taking the kids to practice and my beautiful tv is mounted on the wall! Not messy, not ugly and seems to be very secure. Satellite bros are the business! They came and mounted my 70 in tv. Over my fire place. I was very impressed on how precise they were with mounting my tv. Might I add I got OCD . Looked very good and on a professional level , spectacular . Oh and may I add they mounted my bedroom Tv and installed my directv for 3 bedrooms. Which I'm equally happy with. Found these dudes on Facebook Marketplace-- we won a TV at a Xmas party raffle and wanted it installed before the hubby's bday party. Robert and Eric came out yesterday and mounted 2 TVs for me. Fit me in the day after Christmas as I was worried new TV would get broken if left I mounted. They were fast and so professional. They did a fantastic job and left the area cleaner then before they came. They moved furniture and put everything back as it was when they came.
