The project included 15 Ethernet drops across six rooms and 1900 sq ft, audio speaker wiring, and height speaker installation. The work turned out very well overall. What stands out most was Rick's accountability to the job and for the work of his crew. He was communicative, kept me informed throughout the job, and made absolutely sure any issues I had were addressed. Rick's team also tested every cable run with a Fluke tester and verified that each run was properly shielded and capable of 10 Gbps performance. They were also attentive to the smaller cosmetic detail requests, including cable color, outlet style, and the specific placement of wall jacks. Although just about everything is expensive nowadays, the pricing for the scope and quality of work was reasonable. It was a pleasure working with these guys -- I'd definitely hire them again for any future data cabling, audio, camera installation work.

Then, on the day of the installation, he and his partner discussed the plan of action, including my desired camera placements. In the end, they did an excellent job installing the cameras and running the cables. The price per cable run was reasonable and included the materials. After the installation, I was able to configure the new cameras via UniFi Protect with no problem. Definitely recommend them if you're looking for pros to install your security cameras (WiFi or PoE). Thanks again Rick and the team.

Then when I took the initiative today to follow up via text if they do not serve the area (giving the benefit of the doubt that maybe they got busy and couldn't respond), I get a text back saying no they do not. So they will serve San Diego, OC, Palm Springs, but won't drive 40 minutes over the hill to Yucca for a $1,000+ job? Good riddance, would rather do business with someone who knows how to do business. Judging from other reviews, looks like we dodged the bullet anyway.

I hired Shannon and Elden to install 5 speakercraft speakers in the ceiling. These are specialty speakers only available through certified dealers. There are a lot of knockoffs, these speakers come with a lifetime warranty as long as they're bought through their dealer network. Shannon being a dealer got me the exact speakers I was looking for, and offered instalation. I'm not familiar with installing speakers in the ceiling. I was about to hire a guy who said he tears up the drywall and patches it but doesn't paint it. No matter what, if you tear up the drywall, patch it and paint it. It's never going to look original. I spoke to Shannon, got me a fair price for the speakers and labor.
