These guys did FIRST CLASS work, let me tell you. I'm picky. I mean let's be honest, it's my home and I want it done right (like anyone) and I wanted it to look factory like it came with the home. I hired Shannon and Elden to install 5 speakercraft speakers in the ceiling. These are specialty speakers only available through certified dealers. There are a lot of knockoffs, these speakers come with a lifetime warranty as long as they're bought through their dealer network. Shannon being a dealer got me the exact speakers I was looking for, and offered instalation. I'm not familiar with installing speakers in the ceiling. I was about to hire a guy who said he tears up the drywall and patches it but doesn't paint it. No matter what, if you tear up the drywall, patch it and paint it. It's never going to look original. I spoke to Shannon, got me a fair price for the speakers and labor. As you can see from the pictures, he installed the speakers (without tearing up my drywall) and it looks factory original. 5 stars all the way. Calling him back for my patio speakers next. read more

My husband and I just bought our first home, so we knew one of the first things we wanted to do was to get our nice 70in tv and bose surround sound system installed professionally. I searched yelp and called about 5 different companies, the only one to actually call back was Shannon with Pure HD Audio & Video Design. He was very flexible and offered to come by and give us a free quote. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, we appreciate that because my husband and I are NOT tech savy. I called to schedule the installation later that day and he was able to fit me in next day, which really accommodated my schedule. He kept in contact with me and showed up when he said he would and they got right to work! His price was great and the work they did was perfect! He also does rock speakers and outdoor projectors as well, so we plan on using his service for that in the future. We are definitely going to recommend his company to our family and friends. read more

All my friends and family use this company. From small systems to complete household integration, Shannon seems to be able to maximize our resources/budget. We gave him just about full latitude(within our budget) with our recent remodel. He came out and assessed our needs and designed the entire system during construction. He did all the pre-wiring. Construction just finished and Shannon installed all components promptly. Fired it up and it performed even better than expected. You might find cheaper, but you definitely won't find better. read more

If you want a professional install with someone that goes above and beyond to make things just right go with Pure HD Audio. You can tell right away the pride he has in his work. He went the extra mile to make sure my theatre room was perfect. Thank you Shannon! read more

Today was a game changer! I do not have a huge home or anything fancy but what PureHD did for us was absolutely amazing. The knowledge and passion for what they do really shows. The lengths they took to make sure my home was taken care of during and after the install was very thoughtful since i have a new born baby in the house. The Mrs. really appreciated it and thats a plus for me:). They did a full ceiling surround sound treatment in my common area and a great outdoor system w the newest speakers amps and all the other fun crazy tech innovation stuff that was over the top. Went above and beyond to meet our needs and educate us on the system they installed. My house and entertainment areas bangs hard now! Super stoked! I cant watch movies or listen to music the same anymore! Thanks guys! Highly recommended! If youre looking for a straight up crew to make sure youre dialed in right w no BS, these are the guys. read more

PURE HD Audio/Video Design, Shannon recently did a home theater installation, including a surveillance 16 camera system. He designed the system and include wall touch screens throughout the house. My wife now has Touch tone music in every room, and TV's throughout the entire house. The entertainment system is like sitting in your own Theater. As a business owner, "low bid is not always the way to go". I had previously had a video audio design company from Temecula California, that installed cameras, and a home theater system back in the summer of 2016. When I called them to make repairs the owner advised he was out of business, still answering the phone. I sure wish I had Shannon's number the first go around. All I can say, is I received three more estimates to remove the shit products that were installed by others. When I found Shannon he was excited about doing the project, and wanted to only install the best of the best. I would highly recommend Shannon and his company. This guy is no joke !!!! All I can say he hooked up my house, I must say I spent ???? but worth every dime. There are two words to explain Shannon "Honesty & Integrity" Thank you Shannon for the beautiful work that you provided my wife and myself. I still open the pull out cabinet where are you mounted all the equipment, every night just to look in there "it's bad badass" read more

Really appreciate Shannon. Has done a few projects for me and prides himself on honest quality work. Focuses on what you want not upsells.

Best price around. Send Shannon a message, he'll take care of you. I shopped around for about 3 weeks and decided to go with PURE HD. I was getting different quotes, up to 500 for a wall mount install. Shannon and, I want to say his name is Eddie, walked me through the whole process and explained what they were going to do. Took them about an hour or so to complete the job. The setup looks clean and no wires were showing. Installed two HDMIs wall outlets. I might have him come back and setup my other TVs. Licensed and fully insured. Highly recommend. read more

We did alot of research for a home theatre speaker sound system; both online and with other dealers and installers. Never had a consistant answer or explanation until we had Shannon come over. He is very knowledeable and does what he promises. PLUS, his price was the BEST!! Thanks, Dennis & Marcy read more

We had reached out to other companies for installation who had one lame excuse after another. We were ready to give up and DIY it ourselves when I found Shannon from Pure HD. Him and his partner did a phenomenal job in our formal living room. I would not only use them again but we would highly recommend their services. They are professionals! read more

Shannon & Chris did an amazing job installing our projector. They ran the lines so that they're hidden. The result is beautiful and very professional looking. Highly recommend! read more

PureHD goes above and beyond! My original quote was to install a stereo receiver so my patio speakers could play some tunes, mount two TVs, one over a fire place and one in my master bedroom, and to program a sound bar. I forgot to mention to Shannon we needed two sound bars installed and mounted. They went through some drama to get my tv upstairs mounted due to the frame work of the house and there was issues with older TV hooking up to the sound bar, but Shannon after a few hours of blood, sweat and tears made it happen! They did an absolutely amazing job and did it for a very reasonable rate! I can't thank them enough and would recommend them to anyone! Thanks again Shannon/PureHD! read more
