Edison couldn't fix it because it fell under an owner-specific height requirement, so I had to find an electrician myself. The companies my property management team contacted were unbelievably expensive, it honestly felt like they were taking advantage of the situation since it was a rental property. Thankfully, Edison referred me to Shaun (S-H-A-U-N) from Crestline Electric, and he was incredible. He came out, assessed everything, and gave me a quote that was completely reasonable. Not only that, he was extremely personable, honest, and straightforward. His work was excellent, and I immediately felt at ease knowing I was working with someone who truly cared about doing the job right, not upselling or exploiting the situation. Since then, I've continued to use Shaun for other electrical projects because he did such an amazing job and has stayed in communication throughout the process.
