10 out of 5 stars. Jay was incredibly kind, accommodating, and professional. First off all we had someone else come out and say the install over the fireplace is not possible and then put our tv elsewhere. Complete opposite experience here. Scheduling was a breeze, his communication was clear and response time was fast. He fit me in the next day, arrived on time, gave me options and installed everything beautifully. As a woman home alone I felt very safe the entire time and he cleaned up when he left. Overall great value and I do recommend:) read more

He's amazing at what he does. Even helped me with my Ring setup. I don't want anyone else mounting my tvs!

Very impressed with the professionalism. Called and was quickly able to make an appointment. I was kept informed about arrival time. Upon arrival was called to know he was there to confirm where to park. He was well prepared with everything that he needed to mount the tv. He was wonderful about explaining the best position for the tv and how he found the wall stud. The tv was placed on the mount, unwrapped, and batteries placed in the remote. It was amazing how quickly he was able to complete the task. Definitely would highly recommend and a good value for service. If you are hestitant to call please be assured that he is very competent, respectful, and leaves the area clean. read more

I reached out the Jay through Yelp yesterday and he was at my house bright and early today to mount my TCL frame TV and conceal the cords behind the wall. He was very communicative, promptly answering my texts/ questions through out the day and in the middle of the night. His price was comparable with what I was seeing in the market and what I've paid in the past but his quality of work was much better. I'm very happy on all ends. read more

Jay and his partner do amazing work. We've used them before in the past and will continue to do so. His prices are reasonable, he's punctual and he does neat, clean work. He hung a new tv for us, removed a ceiling fan and hung another one for us in its place. He also hid the cord for another tv. Super clean work, very efficient. Jay did an excellent job installing my 85-inch TV and soundbar. He arrived early, was professional, and came fully prepared with all the necessary tools. He took the time to explain my options, carefully measured multiple times, and repeatedly checked that everything was perfectly level before completing the installation. His attention to detail was outstanding--he neatly zip-tied and concealed all cables for a clean, professional appearance. Before leaving, he thoroughly tested everything to ensure it was working properly. The finished product looks great, and I would highly recommend him. read more

Contacted them to mount my tv above our fireplace. He was very nice and gave me a quote of $750. That was a bit too much for us right now. Not that it was a bad price, just not something we could do. We ended up having a friend help us mount our tv. The mount was done right and we haven't had problems. The problem is that he couldn't help with hiding our wires like we were hoping. We tried the wall next to it but they stand out a lot which isn't what I wanted. FYI I have a stone fireplace. I contacted Jays and asked if they could help just to hide the wires. He had me send him a video of what it looked like. I did. He responded that he doesn't "band aid jobs like this". Which didn't make sense to me because I wasn't asking him to remount it. I was just asking for help hiding the wires. I said thank you anyway to him. I really don't understand why he didn't want to help us. We were willing to pay him. Is it because we didn't have him do the job initially? He didn't really specify. read more

Contacted Jays TV installation to install my new 55" TV by my pool in the back yard, along with a soundbar, and the Storm Shells for each. Jay was on time and ready to install. Him and his partner Luis were professional, clean, and knowledgable. He was able to come by on a 2 day notice, so that was another advantage. I highly recommend this company for your TV installations. read more

fast response and was able to get TV and soundbar installed same week. originally asked to just swap out 70 inch TV for new 85 inch along with soundbar. talked to Jay about wanting to get rid of wires but that it seemed tough with large fireplace of solid brick. he said he could not only do that by coming through outside but also be able to add an additional outlet to not only the fireplace but outside as well. he called his co worker made a trip to home depot and completed the job within a couple hours. couldn't be happier with the finished product. read more

Absolutely one of the best! I made an appointment and set a date and time; they called to come earlier, which worked out perfectly; it's always a wonderful thing to work with a firm that says what they are going to do and then does it; excellent communication. They detailed everything, measured, and ensured it would fit.
