By a Sonos system so both me and my wife can control the music on our phones. It's very hard to find somebody that doesn't worry about money as much as taking care of your problems. I explained the problem I was having to Matthew with my home theater/ receiver and programming. He gave me a day & time, even texted a reminder. Matthew started looking over the system, explained to me he's partner would be coming a little later. Matthew explained everything that him and Trevor will do. He also, explained the price, and an option. Trevor showed up and in no time, they were explaining and showing me what they did. Straighten out all my hdmi cables, labeled them and reprogrammed my remotes, even got my Harmony remote working again. The guys did an awesome job and the price was great. Having a big Oregon Ducks & SC football party. Additionally, when inserting a VHS tape, it would get stuck and require a strong push to insert. I took the TV to TV Chris, a nearby store, and he immediately identified the problem. I left the TV with him, and he kept me updated on its progress. The TV is now working perfectly and sounds great. The VHS tapes insert effortlessly! I'm so grateful that this business exists.

Rick's team also tested every cable run with a Fluke tester and verified that each run was properly shielded and capable of 10 Gbps performance. They were also attentive to the smaller cosmetic detail requests, including cable color, outlet style, and the specific placement of wall jacks. Although just about everything is expensive nowadays, the pricing for the scope and quality of work was reasonable. I contacted Ricardo after checking out his reviews, he responded quickly and we easily set up an appointment. He discussed possible options of placement of the ports since the roof and outer walling might pose an issue, but he was able to find good placement of my ports. Job was done quick and easy in less than 2 hours. Aside from making a hole in the wall for the ethernet port placement, no additional breakage of the wall was necessary. Ricardo did say that in some cases, depending on the walling and roofs, breakage of the wall would be necessary for some people, but not mine fortunately. Ricardo and is colleague were awesome, professional yet friendly and personable. They cleaned up after themselves and did an overall fantastic job to make any streaks or scrapes anywhere. HIGHLY recommended if you are looking to have ethernet ports installed that extend from your main router/modem that go through the wall/roof so you don't have ethernet cords lying around on the floor.
