I figured we'd book something for January some time, but Steve blew me away by scheduling an appointment that week! He carefully discussed the specs for the job, gave me a very reasonable estimate, and then stuck to it! My husband was so impressed with the service he provided, and when I finally got home, so was I. The mount is outstanding--better than I would have purchased on my own, but for the same price. He ran the cables through the wall cleanly and without disturbing the existing electrical conduits. He even provided new color-coded high-quality cables! In the months since installation, everything has held up well, with no shifting or disconnections when we move the TV around on the mount.
