Came out same day and unpacked and put together my 77" TV. I was happy with the price and it was too big and heavy for me with a bad knee. I didn't have it wall mounted or anything, just assembled. They drove all the way from LA to Seal Beach and they were here in 3 hours, so I gave them a nice tip. read more

After we bought a new TV for our living room, we decided to have our old one mounted in our bedroom. Using the NextDoor app, I searched for recommendations for a TV mounting service and I saw Coastline TV Installs highly recommended. I looked them up on Yelp (I like doing my research) and Matt had good reviews too. I texted the phone number indicated on the website, and I received a quick text message back, with a quote for the install and his next availability, which was very convenient. On our scheduled appointment, Matt arrived promptly and was communicative beforehand. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, provided us with options for the mounting, and also suggested alternatives for us. He worked very quickly and cleanly, and made sure the TV was working for us before he left. His work looked great! Very happy with the outcome. Highly recommend his services, he had reasonable prices as well. read more

I hired him to come and install a large TV for me on the wall. We did have a glitch the first time where he had to change his appointment to another day. But then after that, he came, and was very quick to do the work and pleasant. And affordable. It turned out that TV was defective so I had to return it so then I called and asked him to come and take it back down for me. He actually was really nice and didn't charge me because he felt bad for me which I thought was, very kind of him. Later, I had him come and install my new replacement TV and again he was prompt and affordable. I would definitely use him again. read more

Matt was awesome. Very responsive and quick to book an appointment. The install was quick and clean and it came out perfect. Even learned a few things from him while he was here. If you need your tv hung don't hesitate to call them! read more

Matt was most helpful and presented himself with a positive attitude. I reached out to Matt after I got stuck trying to mount a very large TV in my living room. Matt was understanding and very reasonable in his business approach. I would recommend Coastline to family and friends. read more

Don't bother looking any further for home theatre installation; Matt is the best! Not only did he respond to my Yelp message within an hour or so (late at night) - he was very honest and upfront about the fees associated with whatever we wanted done. Reasonably priced for the work that was done for sure! We were able to schedule Matt within a day's notice. Install day - he text shortly before his arrival which was MUCH appreciated. He is extremely professional, personable and knowledgeable! Matt was very informative and definitely not the type of person to try to upsell you. He gave us great tips and ideas for other things that we are considering doing down the road. When that time comes, we know who we're calling... Matt! Thank you, thank you, thank you! read more

Matt was great. Very efficient putting up a wall mounted TV with no wires hanging down. He did it quickly all by himself. He even turned it on, went thru setting it all up including inputting the WiFi information. He ran late on another call and wanted to put us off a day. When we let him know it was important to do it right away, he came out at 6 pm and did it that night. Great. read more

We had Matt put up. Our 55" this past week and we liked how he listened and helped us make certain decisions, and then he did a good job and went extra mile too in some ways, even helping us to learn how to best hang up wall decorations after he left, and left the correct hardware for us to do it. He changed out cords that weren't long enough without extra charge too. We knew he would be the best, and we will use him again, so no complaints here, just compliments. We had to wait a few extra days to get his services, but if you want it done right, he is worth waiting for. CL in Cypress. read more

Matt was great to work with. I called and left a message on what I was hoping to have done (mount tv above brick fireplace as well as hook up sound bar). He texted me a few minutes later and scheduled a time to come out. On the day of the job, he texted me when he was on his way and when to expect him. Once here, he surveyed the area and what he believed would be the best setup. Agreed with what he had in mind and went to work. He was very professional and would recommend anyone that's looking to get any TV installation/mounting/audio/cable management/etc done. Would suggest calling him if you're in the Lakewood/Long Beach area as he's familiar with the homes and layouts. Give him a call if you're looking to get hooked up! Thanks again Matt! read more

I called Coastline on March 12 to install my Samsung 78" 4k beast. They were able to do a same day install. I was super impressed with their professionalism, talent and the ability to perform in a manner that you would want in your home or business. I wouldn't call anyone else if you want to enjoy the best out of your home entertainment center. read more

Tried to setup an appointment with Matt to have him mount my soundbar and do some cable management. He confirmed for Friday which we both agree so sure enough I took the day off cause i urgently needed this done. I message him on Thursday to confirm Friday appointment time and he confirmed. A couple of minutes before our scheduled 1 PM appointment he text me telling me he will be late, which is fine I understand, jobs run late. Then a couple of minutes later he tells me he needs to reschedule. So I am furious and he tells me he has opening on Monday or Tuesday??? I said no i took the day off and confirmed on Thursday, no reason given to why he is not available to come. He tells me I can come Sunday at 4 PM. Which i said fine, i will take it. On Sunday i texted him again to confirm and he tells me, my mistake i meant next Sunday and I have opening on Monday or Tuesday. Really? If this is how this company does business I want nothing of it. I will take my business elsewhere, please re-consider if you are looking for any TV mounting or services done. read more

Matt helped us navigate a TV upgrade and install. He was kind, patient and helpful. He did a beautiful job on the install and gave us great advice about height and what type of bracket to mount on. He went over the features of the TV and put all the controls to one remote during the install. We are now looking to do an upgrade and mount a TV in our bedroom since the process with Matt was a very good experience. He is hard working, and was super with calling me and consulting, looking at photos of our space before he arrived and was neat as a pin, practically sweeping his way out of our unit after the project. He will give you options and guide you through the entire process. He is fair and honest. I will be using Matt again at our home and will hire him for my parents who I know he will take great care of, so to me that says it all. read more

I had contacted over 5 different companies in order to get a quote for installing our two tvs (both over a fireplace). Due to the complexity of our project (brick wall, built in shelving, wood paneling and exterior walls), several companies said they couldn't help me and others were not confident that they could complete the job. Matt was the only one that was able to provide me a quote and let me know exactly how we do it. Boy am I happy with the work! As promised, Matt completed the job and exceeded our expectations. My husband and I are extremely happy with the work and will definitely use coastline for any future installation needs.
