Very responsive and provided excellent service! I recently had someone banging on my front windows in the late hours of the night so I was pretty anxious to get some security cameras installed. Steven came out to provide an estimate and helped me determine the best locations around the exterior of my house. He returned in a few days and was able to install all the cameras and lighting really quickly and efficiently. He also showed me how to install the app and helped me with the settings for the camera. So thankful for your help Steven! I will definitely be calling him for future projects and recommending him to my friends and neighbors. Also, his rates are very reasonable. read more

Very efficient and great price! I was referred to him from a cousin and so happy that I gave him a call! He came first thing the very next day and came with everything needed! My television was older and heavier than we expected so he anticipated the need for possibly bigger brackets to ensure that the TV would not slide down! Which I felt was indicative of his integrity because he could have just used whatever he had but instead, he was worried about the integrity of the job being done correctly! Definitely will be using him for other projects as he also let me know he does other mounting jobs! He even swept up after himself which normally other guys would not! All in all 12 out of 10 experience- definitely will be hiring again! read more

I contacted Steven from 24K CCTV around 11am and he was at my place by 6pm sharp ready to work and super prepared. he mounted two TVs for us (one in a ground floor office and another in a 3rd floor bedroom) and made the whole process feel smooth and easy. his rate was the best value out of all 5 companies i reached out to, but for the quality of work, he was by far the best choice. what really stood out was how thoughtful and patient he was. we hadn't yet bought the shelves we planned to put under the bedroom tv, and he took the time to help us visualize and adjust the mounting height so everything would line up just right later on. his advice was solid and came from real experience - you could tell he actually cared about the end result looking clean and working well. complimentary wire cover cases were even included. on top of that, he's a genuinely cool guy. we ended up chatting about life, music, & anime while he worked, and it honestly made the whole experience feel chill, comfortable, and collaborative instead of just a standard service call. steven is efficient, kind, and super personable. i'll definitely be calling him again when we're ready to upgrade the living room setup. highly recommend booking him - i'll add pics to this review too so you can see the quality of his work for yourself! read more

Steven from 24K CCTV was fantastic. He came out quickly to evaluate and give me a quote for a whole security system install. The price was very reasonable and we were able to schedule the install for a week later. I had already bought 6 cameras + a doorbell camera, all needed to be hard-wired. Steven was drilling and crawling through my attic all day and got it done! He was super nice and helpful. Seriously great company. If you're looking to get cameras installed, Steven is your guy. Note: If you're looking at my picture and wondering why there's two black bars on the bottom right cameras - they're privacy zones for my neighbors that I was able to set up through my camera's software. All I need to see from the cameras is my sides - not into the neighbor's houses! read more
