There were electricians who would charge up to $350 just to come out and assess the situation before determining if it was fixable. There were electricians who would do a half-hearted inspection and just determine to replace the breaker, even when I, with some simple research online, knew that replacing the breaker would not solve the issue. There were also electricians who would come out and determine the problem, tell me they would send a quote over, then make me wait for over a week for that quote, which ultimately never came despite me following up numerous times. I then found Elie from New Electronics Communication. Right from the start, he was up-front about his complimentary on-site estimate. He asked relevant questions about my predicament. He offered advice and suggestions. He then came out and determined the what was wrong, fixed it, and had everything up and running that same day after I got the runaround from so many other electricians. He installed an additional drop down bolt for the gate where there wasn't one and welded an extra piece of metal at the deadbolt latch so the catch was deeper. He sealed and painted it to match the gate and did a beautiful job. He was going to install an additional latch but said he thought what i had was sufficient so he took that charge from his original estimate.
