In the past with the old cameras, George and the team were very helpful to resolve the issues we were having, always seeing if the issue can be resolved without having a tech come out and having to charge for the service visit. It's refreshing that they have this approach as other companies won't troubleshoot with their customers over the phone. Unfortunately, in my experience, they are considerably less effective at the thing that actually matters--properly handling an alarm activation. I have been a Post Alarm customer for many years, and I have repeatedly provided clear instructions about what should happen when an alarm is triggered. Yet when an actual activation occurs, those instructions do not seem to be followed in any consistent or logical way. They are also remarkably persistent about calling repeatedly in the middle of the night--even when they have specifically been instructed not to do so--sometimes apparently for no reason other than to "clear" something from their system. Getting call after call after call in the middle of the night without an actual emergency is not security; it is enormously disruptive. What has been most frustrating is the lack of accountability when these problems occur. There seems to be plenty of infrastructure devoted to billing, rate increases, and selling new services, but far less attention paid to making sure the monitoring service itself operates according to the customer's instructions. After many years as a customer, I find this extremely disappointing. A security company should inspire confidence when an alarm goes off. Instead, my experiences with actual alarm activations have too often been confusing, frustrating, and inconsistent with the instructions I have clearly provided.

I had an outstanding experience with New Electronics Communications from start to finish. Elie was my main point of contact throughout the process. He was responsive, easy to communicate with, provided a clear upfront estimate, and made sure everything was coordinated from beginning to end. It's obvious he cares about both his customers and the quality of the work his team performs. Edy came out first to install a NEMA 14-50 outlet in my detached garage for charging my Tesla. The installation was clean, professional, and thoughtfully done. Rather than taking the easiest route, he made sure the conduit was run neatly and out of the way, leaving everything looking clean and organized. After the installation, we discovered my Tesla still wasn't charging. Instead of guessing or replacing parts, Tony came back and systematically diagnosed the problem. He traced the issue to the grounding connection between my detached garage and the house. Once the necessary parts arrived, he returned and installed a new grounding conductor between the garage and the house. As soon as the work was completed, my Tesla immediately began charging at the full 32 amps. What impressed me most was that no one took shortcuts. They focused on finding and fixing the actual problem instead of making assumptions or trying random fixes. Between Elie's communication, Edy's quality workmanship, and Tony's excellent troubleshooting and worksmanship, the entire experience was professional from beginning to end. Emanuel worked tirelessly for 3 days and corrected my Tesla charging station as well which apparently wasn't installed to code previously. It was also discovered that one of my electrical receptacles wasn't working-- likely an undiscovered, unrelated issue. He initially came for one issue, but I ended up throwing a few curveballs his way with other electrical problems around the house. He didn't hesitate at all and jumped right into diagnosing why 2 out of the 4 outlets in my daughter's room weren't working. He was easy to talk to, straightforward, and took the time to listen. His pricing felt very fair for the work involved. I've worked with electricians in the past who never warned me about potential wall damage and left me with holes to patch afterward. Jason was upfront about any caulking or minor wall impact before prying off the plates and made sure I was okay with it first, which I really appreciated.

Well I had researched around 7-8 electricians on Yelp & other electricians that I personally know, and I landed with Jason at AES. Jason was 2nd company to come and give me a quote, and he was very responsive, knowledgeable, and straightforward. If I leaned on certain idea, he would tell me if its doable and tried to complete the job as I requested. Some labor professionals (electricians, contractors, painter, etc) tend to have strong opinions of their own and suggest their way but Jason listened and was willing to do his best to accommodate my request as long as it was reasonable. His prices are more than fair, excellent customer service, on time arrival, and very detailed/fine electrical work. He brought his team early AM to complete the EV charging station installation & replacing entire circuit breaker before the sunset. I was very pleased with his work, and I highly recommend anyone who needs electrical work. He does not provide patching drywalls & paint color matching, but i learned that many electrician companies doesn't provide dry patching/color match painting. This review is long overdue…read more My husband and I bought our house in 2022 and the first things we wanted to do was install our car charger and have someone look at our old electric to figure out if we needed to prioritize upgrades. Primo was the third company we reached out to for estimates and we chose them off of good vibes and competitive prices. I'm grateful for it. These guys are solid, honest people and won't recommend things you don't need. In fact, if you have a wild idea for something that is unnecessary or costly, they'll tell you up front so you know in advance. In addition to doing things the right way, they're respectful. I've chatted with a few companies about various house projects and David and Jesse treated me (a woman) like my input matters just as much as my husband's. It signals competence, excellence, and professionalism when, even though I say "my husband is the boss," a contractor checks with me just in case. And, it prevents arguments down the road. We've rehired Primo for light fixture swaps, outlet adds, new switch fixtures, and we plan to hire them for our upcoming upgrades because they're all around good people who do good work.
