We hired Victor to help fix our breaker for the A/C, he let us know that our electrical panel is very old and needs to be replaced (50+ year old panel). He taught us how to get Edison planning to come to approve the location and from there we were able to schedule a day to come and upgrade the panel from a 100 amp to 200 amp keep up with the electrical demands from all our electronics and appliances. The dreaded electrician or plumber call. Victor was fair and honest in his pricing and assessment. We had an old Zinsco panel that the previous owner ran the lighting and the kitchen appliances on the same line. This caused the breaker to trip when there was excess demand. Victor diagnosed the issue back to a faulty breaker and had it replaced the same day. He even crawled up to our attic to check out the wiring done by the previous owner which of course was faulty and could potentially be a problem in the future. Spoke with Victor on the phone and knew right away he was the right person to call. When he arrived, I went more into detail of what happened with the electrical/power and from there he started to troubleshoot. I thought it was one thing, but Victor showed me it was something different that had the possibility of causing a major problem later in the future if it wasn't fixed (the electrician hired by the solar panel company a year ago used the wrong size wire nuts to connect the wires, which caused one of the connections to come loose, causing an outage to part of the house). Some would charge $85-100 just to diagnose the problem and then add the cost of the repair, but Victor straight up told me what the problem was and provided me with a quote. The price, I didn't hesitate one bit; he kept it real with me from the get-go and didn't try to swindle me. Definitely would recommend him to anybody.
