I needed to upgrade my Pushmatic service panel. It was over 60 years old and meant for a time when electricity use was much less. Miguel explained that the old panel was no longer safe and recommended a new service panel along with an SCE rebate that would cover most of the cost. One week later, I was approved for the rebate and Miguel pulled a permit. During installation, Miguel noticed a safety issue with SCE's main wire to the house.
