Andres installed my home's electric panel. He had me file my own permit, and skipped planting the grounding rods and labelling the circuits. He promised that the city would likely not care, and if they did, he would come out and update the work for free. I failed inspection. Andres scheduled 3 different days to come out and finish the work, then never showed up. I was very understanding, patient, and even offered to pay additional rates to get it done. I have now been blocked / ignored for 2 weeks and will need to hire a new company to come out and finish the work. Very unfortunate, as I liked Andres and was blindsided by the ghosting. read more

We hired Arturo in November of 2023 to do a complete rewire of our house, which had knob and tube wiring. We were experiencing many issues with the wiring, including the inability to run our dishwasher and microwave at the same time. Arturo talked a good game, and came off as trustworthy and knowledgeable. His bid was not the lowest and not the highest, and in general felt like a good choice to us. The work itself took almost 5 months to complete. He made timeline promises he never kept. He had many personal issues that we were very accommodating about. Despite these accommodations the quality of the work was subpar. 1. Many junction boxes were left uncovered. We had many other professionals in the attic comment on this fact. 2. Lights and plugs don't work. Our sink light doesn't work and we just recently discovered that the plug in our basement doesn't work. Our light to the basement wasn't rewired when it was a TOTAL house rewire. While I don't doubt that he would come and fix these issues I don't trust his work anymore. That's because: 3. He left a giant hole in our roof. We didn't find out about it until June, thankfully it hasn't rained. He offered to fix with henrys, we said ok. He never came out. I got estimates from roofing companies - 1500 to 2k to fix properly. He blamed it on his assistant and hasn't ever really acknowledged what a giant mistake this is. 4. He left us a mess. We are still finding wires, there is scrap metal from the panel replacement lying around our yard. 5. The panel upgrade has to be redone. He said that he would make sure it was solar ready and it wasn't. The electrician who came to look at it said it was all wrong and would have to be taken off the wall to fix. Additionally, it's a 200amp panel and Solar Optimum says a 225 would have been best for solar. We were very specific about wanting to make sure we were solar ready, and he said he would make sure we were. 6. We found out he wasn't licensed. He definitely isn't upfront about it. I should have asked and I didn't (my fault). We wanted him to pull permits and he really put it on us to get them. Now we have to fix this mess with more money. I waited so long to review because I wanted him to pay for the roof repair, but he is only willing to pay the difference between what we owe ($800) and the repair. I'd rather just pay myself at this point and wipe my hands clean. I cannot recommend his work. read more

I had several rooms and hallways that needed recessed lighting, two of which were high slanted ceilings. While other electricians showed concern and even hesitation taking on this project, Arturo was professional and confident. He worked with efficiency, experience and accuracy. Arturo did an excellent job beginning to end. I needed a NEMA 14:50 for an EV and he gave the best price from all the other quotes. After setting up time to scope it out he did a great job explaining everything from the breakers to the wiring process and even the outlet covers to make sure it was all good. I planned to install ceiling fans for both living & dining room for awhile and decided to get firm quotes from several different electricians. Arturo was very fast responding my request and provided good quote so decided to hire him for this job. He came on time as promised and got things done very quickly. One of the switch didn't have neutral but took extra time to have neutral ready for the future.
