I had 6 Electricians contact me, 5 of them came to our house and invested time to look at the work needed. Primo Electric chose to quote me based on pictures only. When asked if he could quote me on some work in the attic he said he would take a look at it if he was seriously considered for the job. A few weeks went by and I contacted him to see if he could come he said he would and not only did he not show up but he didn't bother letting me know he couldn't make it. It's like he doesn't want to bother going to the job site unless he has the job locked in. I used Primo to upgrade my panel to 200 amps, add an electric car charger, and a couple of circuits to the garage. David texted a lot with me and helped me figure out the permit situation with my city as well as getting a meter spot with SCE. His price was fair and they did quick work, installing everything in a day and change, with the permits, as well as doing a decent stucco job to close up the holes. They had my electricity back on the same day so I didn't have to empty my refrigerator/freezer. I contacted primo electric via yelp in regards to having a ceiling fan installed at my moms house they gave me a price and said the could probably get the job done today I then called the number they gave me and spoke to David and he gave me an estimated time of when they could send someone which was only an hour and a half and as it turned out they showed up in half that time the technician was very friendly and knowledgeable and really professional he finished the job in a timely manner and best of all it came with a 3 year warranty. My husband and I bought our house in 2022 and the first things we wanted to do was install our car charger and have someone look at our old electric to figure out if we needed to prioritize upgrades. These guys are solid, honest people and won't recommend things you don't need. What impressed me most was that, after learning the circuits would be used for air conditioners, he recommended that I first look into repairing or replacing the central AC instead--even though Central AC repair and replacement are not services he offers. I would definitely recommend Primo Electric. We hired them for a panel upgrade and a full rewire of the house. David provided fast correspondence, and Jesse and his crew were stellar. They came in every morning and gave me a game plan for the day so I could still work in the house with power. They're friendly, courteous, and tidy up everyday as much as possible so you're not in a construction zone at night. A big bonus is that they do a rough patch up on the holes they need to make in the walls. You'd think all companies would do that, but we got several quotes that specifically said they didn't patch their holes, leaving you to do it or find and hire someone at an extra cost. A full rewire requires a lot of holes, so this saved me so much time and stress. Jesse went the extra mile to make sure we got everything how we wanted it.
