Super quick response and a very thorough service. A portion of the sockets in our house stopped working a day after we had 5 or 6 blackouts in our neighborhood. We messaged NC Electric and Nicolas responded right away. He was at our house within the hour. We found out a few switches in our electrical panel failed to shut off even though they were overloaded, which resulted in portions of plastic pieces melting! Super scary stuff. Outstanding right from the start. I wanted to move an outlet directly up the wall and behind my TV so I could hide the cords. I reached out to several electricians via Yelp. Nicolas contacted me right away. After getting several quotes, Nicolas was the best. I chose him because he was the lowest, but also because he had great reviews. I was not disappointed. He showed up on time, assessed the job and got right to work. Unfortunately, the job was not as straight forward as it appeared to be as he ran into a fire block. Rather than just cut a hole in the wall to run the wires, Nicolas took out his camera and believed he could fish the wires by the block. Nicolas worked very hard and patiently and eventually was able to fish the wires in the wall without cutting another hole in the wall. His patience saved me the time, trouble and expense of having to patch drywall. Even though the job entailed more work than anticipated, Nicolas honored his original quote.
