Pricing even without the SCE panel rebate was very competitive compared to our other bids, and if I didn't qualify for the rebate would've paid the full price and gone with them. Estimate was very clear and easy to understand. Communication was timely and he answered a myriad of questions without talking to us like we're stupid or getting annoyed. So within the span of a few months I had three separate items addressed and Issaib was solid on all of them. Initially I messaged SamNoa electric at 10 pm on a Wednesday evening after some rain. Apparently my power was out in the room and my breaker was tripping because some water at gotten into the breaker. Issaib messaged me with a quote for the diagnosis and came the next morning at 6 am. He saw the water, dried out some of the panel and changed the breaker. Very quick and solid response. We couldn't fully diagnose where the water came from and he didn't have a long enough ladder to get to the weather cap so we planned for a follow up. So follow up we got the weather cap sealed, he came back to install an EV charger and knocked it out in two hours with clean work. Problem was there was still water in the panel. We had a lot of rain in so cal recently. When all was finally said and done we diagnosed the issue to be faulty set up in the panel prior with a break at some connecting joints and he changed out the housing of my panel and made sure there was a waterproof seal at the joint. We have been experiencing issues with tripping outlets and breakers in the kitchen which were all installed brand new. We had problems with an incorrectly installed breaker that had a connection tied to insulation, he found a grounding issue with an outlet that was causing constant tripping where our microwave was connected (he installed a jumper to correct the issue), and was friendly/professional throughout. What set SamNoa apart from others was its willingness to go above and beyond in service. We needed to get an electrical panel upgrade from 100A to 200A, and needed a 240V conversion for charging our EVs. Before any panel upgrade work can begin, SCE needs to give authorization, which requires the owner of the house to be on call/hold for long durations while waiting to get through to SCE. Issaib took this matter out of our hands from the get go by calling and pinging SCE, and got a in parallel. After many weeks, SCE finally approved. SamNoa's work was done in half a day on a Sunday. Issaib scheduled SCE for a final inspection within days of the work completion.
