Recently, we were looking to get our house painted and few other miscellaneous things take care of in and around our house. Fabian of Avelar Remodeling was recommended to us through our a mutual friend. Fabian came down to give an initial assessment and we ended up having a very extended conversation. Everything about our conversation made me believe that we had found the right guy. He was very professional and what stood out to me was the pride that he took in his work. He assured me that he would be present during the work and that he would not leave until we were completely satisfied. With that, we went ahead and hired Fabian and his crew to work on our house. Approximately one week later, the job was complete. We were very pleased with the job that Avelar Remodeling was able to accomplish. Initially, the process included a complete exterior power wash, stucco repair, sanding down of the wood trim, and other prep work. The exterior of the house was then painted white, as well as the back patio. The wood trim and window shutters around the whole house were painted brown to match our new garage door. Our front door was painted yellow and so was our side gate. On top of that, Fabian replaced two of our windows in the living room with new vinyl dual pane retrofit windows. He installed a new doorbell and he also replaced our kitchen faucet. Lastly, he volunteered to fix a few of our brick steps that had been loose and dangerous to walk on because it bothered him. That's the type of pride Fabian has and if something isn't right, he immediately wants to fix it. I would definitely recommend using Avelar Remodeling for your next job. We bought a new house recently and were looking for a licensed Contractor/Handyman who could perform repairs at our property and someone who was vastly experienced and trustworthy. We came across Fabian from Avelar Remodeling while browsing on Yelp and since we read some great reviews of his work, we decided to give him a walkthrough of the repair work that was needed to be done at our home and also get a reasonable price quote. After meeting Fabian, we realized that all those great reviews that he had received for his work in the past was in every bit true to its word and justifiably so.
