So recently when my wife and I decided to have our carpeted floors replaced with vinyl flooring, the first place we went to was Hernandez Wholesale Flooring. We met with Steven, who did a great job explaining the process. Steven is extremely knowledgeable, professional, thoughtful and patient, and he helped us select the proper flooring for what we were looking for. Steven then put us in contact with Kenny, who helped install our new flooring and oversaw the project. Kenny came to our house the same day we first spoke over the phone and he provided us with a cost estimate and timeline for how many days it would take to complete the project. Once everything was in place, the work began. Kenny and his team did an OUTSTANDING job installing the flooring. His team showed up on time every day, they were extremely friendly, professional and very skilled. They also stayed within the timeframe of how long the job would take, which isn't always the case with this kind of work. After the project was completed, Kenny did a final walkthrough to ensure we were happy with the work he and his team had done. To say that my wife and I are happy with how our floors turned out is an understatement. The final product FAR EXCEEDED our expectations! We are so happy we chose Hernandez Wholesale Flooring and we're so grateful for the outstanding customer service provided by Steven, Kenny and the rest of their team. We highly recommend Hernandez Wholesale Flooring to anyone looking to upgrade their floors at a very competitive price.

Of the companies I contacted, he had great pricing and was very transparent and upfront about costs and potential factors that might affect the price such as condition of subfloor, etc. He gave me a range and wound up charging me on the lower end, which was appreciated. I had him put in Garrison engineered wood flooring in two bedrooms to try to match my existing wood floors in common areas along with a baseshoe to cover the gap between the floor and baseboard. He was able to keep the floor flush in one bedroom, and added a transition for the second because the subfloor had poured concrete and was higher than the landing. Came to Yelp to get some quotes and super happy I went with Interior Flooring Solutions! Here's why: 1. Quick service. Ruben replied to my inquiry immediately and we were able to schedule my free estimate (he was on time for my estimate). Something to note and why the quickness is appreciated- my work room is pretty small so obviously I'm aware my job wouldn't be a huge money maker (just being honest here, lol). With that being said, I was still treated like a valued customer with how eager he was to respond to my inquiry and take me on as a client. Also, I was turned down by a few companies since my room is small. 2. Once again, QUICK SERVICE! After my estimate, his team was able to work on my room within the next few days! We scheduled a time and they were actually there early! I still can't believe I finally found contractors who actually show up on time. A lot of times I've worked with contractors for various things and they are never on time or reschedule last minute. I'm super grateful to this company for being punctual. Lastly, they finished my flooring really fast. 3. Great quality. My floor looks amazing. When the team finished, they waited for me to inspect which is also appreciated. 4. Fair pricing. I'm happy with what I spent for my floors. To summarize: Swift service, great quality work, worth the money, and Ruben is just a really nice guy. You won't be disappointed with him and his team's services.
